Sleep Number — Hotel in Hot Springs

Buyer BEWARE!!! We bought the top of the line bed, we also went ahead and purchased the frame because we were told that no frames were refundable unless you bought the (most expensive) more optioned one. After sleeping on the bed for 30 days it was not what we expected and it would randomly loss air and I would wake up sunk in- I called the help line (that took multiple calls to reach someone and they would not give me a phone number to call direct in case we got cut off) and she explained that it the problem may be because the bed was plugged into the bed (where it was installed) after the nightmare of getting ahold of someone and the fact that we were not happy anyway, we told them to come pick it up- They sent the truck to get it- and they said the frame isn’t being picked up. That was the only reason for getting the bigger frame was to ensure that, if not satisfied, that the Complete bed would be covered!, So they lied to sell a frame that they know isn’t refundable, so the whole sleep on it for 100 days doesn’t mean anything unless to have it installed as “mattress on the floor”! I would have never Purchased a frame that is not refundable when the mattress is!!!! That is completely stupid!!! I purchased it knowing, if it was not what it was advertised as that I could get a 100% full refund! So Buyers Beware! Have your salesman write it out on you contract!! I’m not saying you won’t like the bed, make your own decisions. It was not a good fit for us, too many deflating issues. My wife and I came in on Sunday afternoon. For about a week, we had visited different places that sold mattresses. We could not decide on which to buy. The sales person the helped us was Destiny. I highly recommend her. We have an adjustable base and we were just looking for two Twin XL mattresses. Destiny helped us and we went over to IHOP and had something to eat and talked it over. We bought from Destiny and Sleep Number. She is very good at her job. Took a couple of weeks but had the mattresses delivered and installed yesterday. The installation men were great. The mattress slept very good last night. There was a small glitch about hauling my old ones off, but I called and Amber straightened it out with no problem. I will try to do a follow-up review in a few days as to how things are working....but right now I am happy with Sleep Number and Destiny and the whole experience. If you are mattress shopping, I cannot recommend highly enough to go by the store and let them show you the difference in the Sleep Number design. We went into Sleep Numbers Store in Hot Springs today to purchase a bed, we were greeted by Terry. He was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about all the beds. He was in the process of showing us the different beds and explaining the remote. I was laying on the bed while he was demonstrating the features. Then a young woman walked in telling him she needed to return an item. He hand me the remote and told me to go ahead and try it out which was fine. I was playing with the remote for some time and decided I’d played enough. I got off the bed and started walking and looking around. I looked back several times and Terry was sitting behind the counter talking with the young woman. I walked around for sometime and decided I’d had enough of not being helped.
