Mattress King — Hotel in Hot Springs

Can we talk about top notch customer service? Because that's what they got going on here! Walked in a few days ago for their liquidation sale and George helped us out easily. Didn't pressure us to spend over our budget but guided me to a really good King Size memory foam that was on sale for $699!! I was sold and he also hooked me up with financing as well. Bryce is the one who communicated with me on delivery (highly recommend) and fit me into a time slot that was manageable for me. The delivery was prompt and once Bryce and his helper (sorry, I didn't catch his name!) Laid the bed know they noticed it shifted to one side and it altered it's shape. Bryce instantly informed us that they're going to quickly order a new one for us and trade it out by next week.They also threw in a couple of pillows for our troubles and George called me to confirm soon after that we're getting another one. This is not an ad, I'm not being paid for this. But when people go this far with above and beyond customer service they need to be praised! I will continue to do my mattress...

I wanted to share my very positive experience with the Mattress King in Hot Springs, Ar. I had a problem with a mattress I had purchased a couple years ago which was still under the manufacture warranty. George, the employee I had originally purchased the mattress from was very kind and professional and went out of his way to help me. I fulfilled all the paperwork and photos the manufacture requested, I gave the information to George, he took control from there and I now have a new mattress on its way to me. They definitely stand behind their warranty’s. I would recommend the Hot Springs Mattress King to anyone interested in purchasing a new mattress!! Thanks again George and the Serta Mattress...

These people are awesome. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They went far above the required. I left my wallet and they hand delivered it to me in another store!!!! My Mom gave up her 1 year old mattress for one at Mattress King and is so pleased, I knew I had to look there first. My new mattress is an absolute dream. I have fibromyalgia and since I’ve had my new mattress from Mattress King, I’ve had no pain - none - every morning when I get out of bed.
