Hands-down the best service in town! My wife and I are going to celebrate our ten year anniversary this year so I had been shopping around for an anniversary gift online. Found a ring I absolutely loved on kay jewelers website and went to the store to see if they had it there or could ship it from another store to my local kay jewelers. Had no idea the day I went in to purchase the ring was also during their limited time semi-annual sale, so score for me right! Turns out they did have the ring in her size at another store and could ship it over to my local kay jewelers. Went ahead and paid in full for the ring right then and there because I didn't want to miss out on the sale they were having. Score! Felt great about my purchase and couldn't wait to get it in. Recieved an email and conformation that the order was placed and ring would be shipped. Fast forward to the next morning after reading my morning emails I ran across one from kays jewelers stating that my order had been canceled due to inventory depletion. Now mind you, the ladies from kay made sure the ring was available before I paid, so what I assume happened was on that same day that store with the ring sold it right out from under me. Thinking no big deal, I'll just call the customer service # and have them find another to send to my store. This is where my nightmare begins. From yesterday to this morning kays has sold out of the ring nation wide in all sizes. I could NOT get the ring anywhere! Now I was furious! The lady on the customer service line did try her best to resolve my problem by putting in a complaint to their resolution department but I was still with out a ring. It was gonna take 7-10days for them even to get back with me and only promised that they would send an email to me when the ring was back in stock. It could be days or months before this might happen mind you. So went ahead and did what all I could with kays customer service, but in short, they politely said that I was just out of luck on the Ring even though I purchased it before they sold it from The other store. The other part of this is that I thought I wasn't going to get my great discount I got on The ring because that sale would end the next day. So now I'm bummed and super not happy. I decided to go ahead and call my local kays that sold me the ring. I explained my issue and my concern that not only was I out a ring, but whenever it comes back in stock I wouldn't get the discounted price. Spoke with the manager Danielle and she fully listened to my concerns. After my spill, she said to give her 20 minutes and she would give me a call back. I was thinking this is great and all but she's just gonna come back with what the customer service lady told me, and that I was pretty much out of luck. Well to my surprise Mrs. Danielle called me back and confirmed that all the rings were gone from all stores nation wide, I was sad. Then! She tells me she made a phone call to the actual manufacturer of the ring and said if I came down there and paid for another ring (waiting on my pending purchase that was canceled to clear would have taken to long) that she could put in for a custom order and confirmed it with the manufacturer and then I could get the ring I so dearly wanted for my wife! And she would honor the sale price which I paid for the ring originally!! Double win! My question is why didn't kays customer service offer this to me ( they were nice but now felt like they just wanted me off the phone eating up there time). So huge shout out to Mrs. Danielle and a special thanks to her staff Mrs. Dominque and Mrs. angel for helping me. They were so kind and understanding and Definitely earned my business and made a bad experience turn around into a great experience. Read moreKay's Jewelers in Hot springs Arkansas is hands down the best jewelry store I have ever had an experience with I specially want to shout out Danielle at this location I have been trying to match my original wedding band for months and kept ordering through the website from locations in Louisiana because it was closer to me and they kept getting me the wrong ring and I went through that process multiple times working with Danielle she offered to do a search through all their locations just to help me find a ring that had been basically discontinued over 3 years ago but guess what she found it and I'm not even lying when it was the very last ring like the one I was wanting in any location she found it in Miami Florida and had it to me within two days I'm so happy that I was able to get in contact with this store and work with Danielle she really did make my wedding ring dreams come true and I'm very thankful for her I know it's just a ring but it is a big deal to us as far as what we're looking for how we want it to look and even getting it ready for when we pass it down to our children so...
Read moreI just want to Thank @Kays of Hot Springs AR. 4 weeks ago I went into Kay's to get my ring cleaned. As they were cleaning it one of my diamonds fell out. They sent it in to have the diamond replaced. While they had it I had them to resize them because I have went from a size 9 ring to a size 6 ring during my weightloss journey. They were also going to Solder the 2 rings (not pictured) together. I picked it up on the 6th. Last night I noticed another diamond fell out again.🤦♀️ They had the rings for 3 weeks because they couldn't get the diamonds to set properly in the ring when they were resizing. I took the rings in today to get it fixed. They were so accommodating. They got me into a NEW ring that I love and didn't cost me any extra. I am so in love with this ring. I have set Kyle Hawthorn on a mission to buy me a band because they didn't have a band that I liked and that would look good with this cut. I am soo over the moon. Thank you Kay's. I am one happy returning customer. ☺
