I'm not sure what kind of work they do because I did not have any work done . I asked for a stereo system write up for an older pontoon boat that would include the head unit sub woofer, 4 speakers and the amp. The gentleman wrote A proposal for over $1200. $350 was to install a system into a boat that already had a system. $250 was labor, $100 was the service call. That seemed pretty steep considering the easy access. When I researched the components online I found a significant price difference. For example the sub woofer was $300 at Glissons and $179 on Amazon. Pretty much the same difference in the other components hat would add up to a significant cost difference. With that kind of a difference I would expect installation to be offset just a bit. Do not take your vehicle here for upholstery repair. I had a seam coming loose on my driver's seat, took my car in, spoke to the person doing the work. He told me to bring my car in on a specified day & that it would take most of the day. I dropped my car off at 9a.m. & finally called them at 4:30. It seems they had to order a part??? Maybe different thread color ?? No one had bothered to let me know, they didn't even know when part ?? would be in, my car could have sat there for days.
