I had gone in to purchase a vaporizer for marijuana. I chose the one that one of the ones that was suggested to me, and was told to make sure I keep my receipt and make sure it works. The representative told me couple times to make sure to keep my receipt. In case it doesn't work I can bring it back. Well it didn't work and when I brought it back I spoke to Sierra, the manager who told me there was nothing she can do. I had to go to the manufacturer. I then explained to her what the representative had told me and she said what a manager would say, I am so sorry. However that is not correct. So I lost $50 and I don't have a vaporizer that works. I was told there was nothing she could do even when I asked her to play the sound back or the video back from yesterday. She said it's corporate. I had to talk to corporate. I had to go to the manufacturer.
So just be careful and ask questions when you're purchasing items in that store. Customer service as what was said above is extremely inconsistent and the manager acted majorly like she really didn't care if I was...

They said, "no this will be good enough". They told me that if I had any problems with it, that I could bring it back within 14 days for a refund. So I bought it.
After opening the box and seeing it was plastic piece of junk, I wanted to return it. Guess what? They only allow returns if the item is physically broken...What? Slimey and untrustworthy.
