I rarely write reviews but I have to give Alphaimprint and their team a huge and well deserved shout-out for their incredible responsiveness, speed and personalized service that saved us in a crunch when all other branded-merchandise companies simply could not deliver.

We had just finished a major film production in Dallas and needed to order 500 hats and T-shirts with the studio logo and film title branded as thank-you gifts for the crew on the last day of shoot -- this is a standard practice on all film shoots and I have dealt with many other suppliers in the past to order these crew gifts.

BUT this time-- we realized with horror barely a week to finish shooting that the production team had not placed the order yet.

It was a desperate scramble calling my previous merchandise suppliers and other recommendations -- everywhere we spoke told us this order was impossible and needed at least a 3-4 -week lead time between getting us samples, approving and manufacturing, then shipping it out.

On the very first call Alphaimprint immediately started working with us to it done -- turned around a sample within 2 days, and their team worked around the clock to prepare the order -- and Alphaimprint actually had one of their team drive from Houston to Dallas on the last day of our shoot personally carrying the tshirts and hats to ensure we had these on time --- and saved the day!!!

I simply cannot recommend Alphaimprint highly enough, showing dedication, service and incredible product service WAY ABOVE anything else I have ever seen. You guys are my only go-to for now and...
