Overall I would say this birthday party was a hit but there were some opportunities for improvement. Booking and rescheduling (due to Covid) were easy and the booking people were kind and accommodating. The bus itself is well kept and updated and really liked how they had an outdoor area set up so kids could game outside such as the latecomers and kids under 6. Also only 18 kids are allowed inside the bus at a time which apparently is a new rule but makes sense when you see the size of the bus.

The day before the event I was able to get the combo foam party converted a 2 hr game bus party with the addition of the VR sets due to inclement weather conditions. I was informed over the phone 3 VRs would be provided. After the bus arrived and during setup I asked one of the attendants about the VR sets and how many would be provided and whether we would get 3. He said it was only his 3rd day (his response to all of the other questions as well regarding setup time and how many kids could get on the bus at a time). He went to check w a manager inside the bus and came back and talked to me in a very rude tone emphasizing “you’re only getting 2 VR sets that’s it.” As if I were arguing w him rather than asking.

The attendants didn’t introduce themselves to the kids and didn’t bother to ask who the the birthday boy was at the beginning. In other words they did their jobs nothing more nothing less. Afterwards I found out only a few kids got to try the VR set and the other set was in use by the attendant (?). My son didn’t even get a chance to try it and was really disappointed about this. Again not sure why they didn’t have a rotation system set up for this and why 2 kids couldn’t play the VR at a time.

The yard games that were paid for turned out to be one giant connect 4 game.

Great idea for an elementary school age boys party but staff ( some members at least) could def use some professionalism training and would caution about paying...

I ordered the services of Dynamite GamerZone for my sons 9th birthday party, and was very surprised at what I saw pull up! This truck was huge! Very nice state of the art design with at least 10 of the newest game systems. They had all of the latest games available. Even Fortnite! The truck had 6 huge tv screens, four inside and two outside, and internet connection. The kids played inside in the air conditioned cabin while some played games like “Just Dance” on the screen outside. Some of the adults couldn’t help but play as well! I’m gonna save my money on the bounce house this year, once the game truck came it was completely vacated, even after the truck left there was no more interest in the bounce house! I’m using this truck again next year for his 10th party! I highly recommend anyone who is curious to go ahead...

Don't bother with trying to book. I live minutes away from "inside the loop" on the safe side of Houston which would be well within Houston city limits and according to their map I'm apart of their service area. I scheduled a booking, only to be declined with the excuse that I'm not within their service area. Also it took them 3 days to decline me and when I called, they did not answer or call back. They wasted the time I could've used to book another gaming truck. Please don't claim you service "Houston" when someone lives smack in the middle of the city and you do not service them. Waste of my time, please hire someone else to do...
