This review is based off of comparing it to Cici’s, the only other pizza buffet I am aware nearby.
First time going in, expected to pay in the entrance for buffet and drink before entering just like Cici’s, though it is an awkward way of paying.
They let you just go in, sit, a server would be attending you for what you want, buffet, drinks, refills, ordering personal specialty pizzas, and at the end paying for the buffet and drinks (if you ask the server for a specific pizza, they will bring it to you first, ask if you’d like the whole pizza, or several slices or everyone else at your table as well, and the rest will be put in the buffet;you won’t pay for specialized personal pizzas). This was really the strangest interaction, compared to Cici’s where you pay and sit and leave when you’re done, but I do like how they bring the pizza first to you, since you’re the one that ordered it and wouldn’t others to get it before you.
Pros: a slightly better taste from the pizzas than Cici’s, though the crust on the thin crust are not as crunchy, but instead feel like cardboard, but a good cardboard, which is not bad actually. Breadsticks there are good, and overall, I believe they can make better pizza than Cici’s which does justify the $15 (if you get both buffet and drink). The service was good, with a good timing on refills and just a staff that looks like they don’t hate their job, which is good. Ordering your personal pizza is also really good, as I explained before the pros.
Cons: the aesthetics and surroundings just don’t feel good. The place feels awkward to eat at, no music, a TV that is at 2 volume probably. The selection there is very limited, but I’m sure you can ask for most types of pizzas to be freshly made for you.
While I read other reviews said they encountered cockroaches crawling through there table/pizza, or them dropping from the drop ceiling, didn’t see anything like that so it was good.
I think this was really good, but I probably won’t pass by a lot since it is farther than my Cici’s, but if around the area, most likely. ———— If you don’t mind a little 20-25 min drive, I think it’s really good.
TLDR: weird way of paying, better tasting than Cici’s, good service and way of ordering personal pizzas. Pizza is good texture, whether it was thin or pan, prefer the pan. Pizza that is in buffet may be somewhat close to cold, so maybe order it to be made? Buffet selection is very limited, might just be better to ask for a pizza to be made. The place may sound too quiet. I didn’t try anything else there like dessert or pasta, but brother said...

The one I attend is by the old "Northwest Mall" on Dacoma St.( just north of Hempstead Road/Highway)It is easy to get to off of both hwy 290 & Hempstead Road/Highway.They usually have lights flashing in the windows indicating they are open and banner signs hung telling of the buffet. There is good parking access as well as handicap parking and even overflow parking just north of their parking lot. There are several long time employees that work hard to take care of your needs. On some days the owner actually works along side the staff. This gives confirmation that everyone is equal when working to care for the customers.Be prepared to wear your protective masks upon entry but, feel safe knowing there are disposable gloves given for each time you visit the buffet. One of the BEST parts about dining is telling your waitstaff your favorite kind of pizza you like. The waitstaff will actually have the kitchen chef prepare a perfect pizza just for you! Read moreI enjoyed the food, but the service provided was not as advertised in the reviews. While some people I saw got great service, I was not given the same level of as other customers. No offer of my own pizza as I had saw so many people brag about ,barely came to my table at all for any thing. I drove from southwest Houston to get treated like a stepchild by the Hispanic server as she treated Hispanics better .I work in food service with 20 years in the game ,front and back of the house. Anyone can cook food ,it's the service that keeps loyal customers coming back. Just like the recipe has to be adhered to, so must the proper level of service be maintained to all customers if one wants to be successful. I have saw way bigger companies fall because they only cater to one demographic. There have been very few times I didn't leave a tip to a server, but that lady really didn't deserve one today. She didn't even show the minimum of hospitality to me at all ,a brand new customer who is very loyal to establishments who appreciate my buisness. To be honest, if she was my employee ,I would fire her at once.
Update : As everyone can see ,I was invited to share my experience with this establishment, as I did yesterday. Unfortunately, after calling the manager and the number I was given Mr.Hamid ,neither actually did anything to rectify my concerns. Mr Hamid never even bothered to return the message I left on his phone. I assure you, I will never dirty my feet at your buisness, you are not a man of your word ,and I have satisfied myself that which I noted on that day ,you only are concerned with the clientele you already enjoy. Well ,small thinking results in little success .I shall trouble you no longer, and I assure you my word is worth...
