I just bought myself a anua cleansing oil from this store, and of course i got asked if I need any help finding anything and i said no but thank you to the worker and when I got the product I needed, it was all going great. But, when my mom saw a vip thing going on she asked about it but the cashier cutted her off before she finished her sentence and said it not for my product and only specific products. You don't have to talk so harsh by someone asking a question about how you do those vip offers because of course not everyone is going to know about it. Go get your korean products somewhere else if you can. I’d rather pay for shipping than shop at a store the owner following me around. The older lady follows you around like you’re a criminal and doesn’t even try to hide it! She stands there and stares at you while you shop, almost no personal space at all. Me and my boyfriend came in looking at products and it was almost like she doesn’t want you to try them but still buy them. She impatiently asked if we were going to buy and basically rushed us. If you don’t buy anything and only look around she will give you a nasty attitude but the moment we went to check out she switched up so fast and suddenly became sweet and friendly. I attended to aritaum on may 15 around 7pm. This is my go to place to buy products, it’s been for the past 3/4 years, but today I was offended by the workers, but specifically one of them.She was constantly following my family and I as if we were gonna steal, I say this because of the way she ran to the front of the store when my mother walked to that area. She ignored me when I had asked her a question, smacked her lips when we were looking at some of the products and overall I did not feel welcomed or helped, I love this place and it’s products, I still got some products however my mother was discouraged from buying anything.
