I cam here once and got a turkey and cheese sourdough melt however the sandwich was not toasted, I made the order online to pick up on my lunch break. The second time I called in to ensure it would be toasted. I spoke with Fanny C. She insisted they would not start my order unless I provided my card info over the phone. I do not use this specific card often and only for specific purposes. Upon picking up my order, the sandwich was not toasted, even though I reiterated it 2 to 3 times there was also not ready not a big deal. I wait I get my stuff I leave not even an hour later. I start getting fraudulent charges on my card and I’m still getting them from Cash app so that individual obviously wrote down my information or put it into her phone And started trying to use my funds for her personal cash app. I spoke with the manager he pretended to somewhat look into it and then called me back and said he doesn’t know just dispute it with your bank this and that and I said no I haven’t used my card in over a week and it’s your employee that’s doing this he didn’t want to hear that I told him like I’m preventing the opportunity to handle this in a professional manner because this employee is stealing from your Customers he began to get hostile and yell at me and talk over me. His name is the manager was Saldino Mr. Saldino? I explained to him that I would come down and I would make a police report if he did not want to handle it in a professional manner. I also purchased a coffee while I was waiting. I didn’t get to eat my sandwich because as soon as I took A bite I started getting fraud alert, which he would not refund before because there was one bite taken out of my sandwich when I came down there he was extremely short unprofessional kept telling me I can have a seat and wait for the police to get there. I told him I consider I can stand wherever I please, and basically the officers came they made a police report of which I have a copy of they spoke with me I went on my way they spoke with him. I am still currently getting attempts to have Miss Fanny sees cash app charge my card, but it’s been frozen. All around I reached out to corporate twice and this just wasted a complete two hours of my day when I was on the lunch break working my second job and just tried to be handled so poorly, and the fact that corporate hasn’t reached out at all is is sad and dissatisfying in multiple ways but I just want to let everyone know that this isn’t going on and do not provide your card information to any. Details: 👉🏻Arrived at approximately 10:10 AM 👉🏻 This location is much larger than the others, but the selection is much smaller, especially compared to the Bellaire restaurant. 👉🏻 Finished ordering at 10:19 AM After having finished all, but one of our treats (which we were saving to have with our coffees) I went up to check on our remaining purchases. 👉🏻 we were ignored for a while and then found out not only had they gotten our coffee order wrong, they hadn't even heated up our sandwiches.
When the sandwiches finally finished at approximately 10:40 they were set on the end of the counter in the pick up area. This is fair except for the fact that we were sitting right near the counter and we had been WAITING FOR OVER 20 MINUTES for two sandwiches to be heated up in the microwave and two coffees. It would've been a nice gesture if she had just handed them right to us.
I admit the cashier was very friendly and handled every situation with grace; but, she seemed either poorly trained or completely incompetent.
👉🏻The only good part was the food 💯 I hate to even have to say it, but the scone was undercooked and doughy. (See the Pic)other than that, everything was delicious. The coffees were meh: overly sweet and not enough flavor.
In the end, because of all the terrible service we had to rush to finish up, so my son could get to work. Pretty sure I will not return to this...
Read moreI have been going to this store since I believe in January. The constant changes I see are good, but recently I noticed something. In these last 2 months, why are you hiring people who can’t talk proper English? The other day, I had one of their employees working. She took five minutes to even ask if I needed anything. She was repeating something, but she could not understand what I was telling her. I said a vanilla latte with light ice and traditional macchiato. she said a cafe latte but with ice. She had a face of confusion. I said yes, but she said do you want it hot or iced? Then she did not know what a macchiato was. I asked for a mocha cake slice as they attempted to give me a ganache one. Luckily, she had sense and called Cleo, who I’m guessing was the only girl who spoke English to talk to me. Even their sandwich girl didn’t understand what I was saying. How upsetting. The girl who helped me was so sweet, and she refunded me my money for the mistake they made, she made my drinks the way I wanted so props to her. I'd like to say she did mention that other girls was sort of new but i have seen her before so I doubt it.
I only came on here to say I really hope you guys get it together because the management here is so bad. The manager here can’t speak correctly either whenever I asked her about specialty cakes she asked camera about information even though she is the manager she should know. I won't be returning and I also seen some flies on the package bread and inside the displays where the food is. The constant run out of candles, boxes, and you guys don't even give free refills on brewed coffee while all other cafes do. Whoever this owner is needs to backtrack on the people they have working for them. It's probably the poorest bakery/coffee places I have been too. I am some what of a food critic so this...
