However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that the bezel of the watch was not made of diamond, as represented, but was instead composed of Moissanite —a significant misrepresentation. This deceptive act not only violated the trust I placed in your business, but it also undermines the integrity of your operation. I find it incredibly disheartening that someone in the luxury goods market would engage in such dishonest practices, taking advantage of customers who are seeking genuine, high-value products. I trusted that I was making a sound investment, and instead, I was misled. These people are shady. The do not represent great business. It’s all about the Money and once they have yours the customer experience is poor at best. They are on the the next dollar. Especially if you are a person of color which is most of their customers. They don’t appear to even like you, however they like your money. The girl in there reassured me you are purchasing a solid chain plus I had a custom piece made for my son as he lost his dad. Let’s just say I wish I would have done more research. The chain broke in a few months had to have it repaired thank God someone found the piece. I returned to them to look at me as if I’m crazy and want to charge me another ridiculous price for a chain after spending $1500 with the !!!! I would not recommend. First off , his business is called “ Nick’s place” in plazamerica mall (aka sharpstown mall ) . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . My fiancé bought a ring from this place . My fiancé bought a ring from him and we got it appraised and it was not what he said it was ! And when we confronted him about it he said " doctors come here , lawyers come here , your money means nothing to me " . He got so upset his caked on make up foundation started to lift and flake .
