ZERO STARS… I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the dishonest business practices…. my purchase from you of the Rolex from your store at Sharpstown Mall, trusting that I was receiving a high-quality, authentic product. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that the bezel of the watch was not made of diamond, as represented, but was instead composed of Moissanite —a significant misrepresentation. This deceptive act not only violated the trust I placed in your business, but it also undermines the integrity of your operation. I find it incredibly disheartening that someone in the luxury goods market would engage in such dishonest practices, taking advantage of customers who are seeking genuine, high-value products. I trusted that I was making a sound investment, and instead, I was misled. Your actions are a direct violation of ethical business standards, and I believe they are in clear violation of consumer protection laws under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) in the state of Texas. Selling a product under false pretenses is not only unethical but also illegal. I urge you to take immediate steps to rectify this situation, including providing a full refund for the item or a suitable resolution to this issue. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, and I want to make it clear that I will not hesitate to pursue legal action if necessary. I am also prepared to report your dishonest practices to the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the Better Business Bureau. a significant misrepresentation. This deceptive act not only violated the trust I placed in your business, Thisas letter serves as a formal complaint, and I hope you will act swiftly to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest...

The girl in there reassured me you are purchasing a solid chain plus I had a custom piece made for my son as he lost his dad. Let’s just say I wish I would have done more research. The chain broke in a few months had to have it repaired thank God someone found the piece. I returned to them to look at me as if I’m crazy and want to charge me another ridiculous price for a chain after spending $1500 with the !!!! I would not recommend. Their booth rent shouldn’t be high, they are in Sharpstown mall!!! Shall I say anymore. Just be aware. They did not even have record. Who doesn’t keep...
