They sold me a lower quality item than the one they previously showed me and refused to give my money back. I spent $838 on a ring for my engagement. They showed me one type and gave me an used broken one, which they refused to give my money back and even change the ring for the one they initially showed me. They gave me the ring at last minute, I waited 2 hours because they were preparing it, when I received it when they called me they were already closing and it was dark inside. At the moment I stepped in the door to take a picture of the ring it was this one showed. I called them multiple times but it seemed like they blocked me, when I came to change it right away the next day they said that they didn’t saw anything wrong with it (when even in the picture you can clearly see that it’s broken ) when not even the cut of the stones were the same. Very bad service, they shouldn’t trick people like that, they’re literally stealing showing one thing and giving a way much lower quality item and a higher price, it doesn’t even says 14k nor anything as it should. And to make things worse when the manager was checking it she laughed and said that 5 more stones were about to fall too or something like that, very disrespectful and a total scam. Purchased a gold chain and name plate for $1k. When I picked it up, the name plate was thiner and letters snaller than the model I chose from. Lady checking me out (Bessy) wasn't quite the best experience. Didn't know how to explain anything, and when I asked for different color of boxes she proceeded to ignore me and put the chain in a red box, my question bothered her for some reason, if you dont have adequate answer's for customers then she shouldn't be doing customer service. I wasn't being complicated at all, I'm a very polite person. I just had questions regarding my purchase why it was thiner and smaller letters then the model I chose from. I had a terrible experience at Mann’s Wholesale. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I brought in my gold to test, she grabbed it and refused to return it unless I paid a fee for using their testing machine, something no other jewelery store has ever charged me for. I went to 3 other shops, and all of them tested my gold for free without any issue. At Mann’s Wholesale, they act like they’re doing you a favor and then try to charge you for their own equipment. That’s not right — customers shouldn’t have to pay for the machine they chose to buy for their business. I also had a very unique branded piece of gold, and instead of being treated respectfully, I was treated badly and made to feel uncomfortable. I strongly do not recommend Mann’s Wholesale.
