I have several issues with the customer service I received at Best Buy Furniture USA. First off, I knew what I wanted when I came in. When I inquired about the price, the woman refused to let me know if it was a sale price or the original price. She just kept telling me, you should go ahead and buy it now.
The next issue was that after I decided to make a down payment to "lock-in" the price. She told me that I could put $300 down. When I gave her my credit card, she told me to enter my pin, I stated it was a credit card, and she informed me that they would charge me extra for using a credit card. When I told her I would just come back on Wednesday to pay with cash, she suggested that I put $100 down to "lock-in" the price. Once I agreed to that, she informs me that there will still be a charge to use my credit card. Once again, I refused to be charged extra just for using a credit card. She THEN tells me that I can put down $50 and there wouldn't be an additional charge. I pay the $50 down payment, sign the paperwork, and leave.
Let me not fail to mention that they charge more for delivery simply for living on the third floor. This is why I decided not to have my furniture delivered.
I come back on the following Wednesday to pay for half of what I owe. A man is there this time and he is very helpful. He collects by payment, via debit card, with no problem, writes down my pick-up date, tells me that I can pick up my furniture on April 26 and I leave.
On April 26, I arrive to pick up my furniture at 10am right when they open. The lady who helped me the first time informs me that I was supposed to call before I came and that my furniture wasn't even at the store. She tells me to come after 12pm, but to "call before I come this time." Basically, she was making it seem like it was MY fault for not calling, however, I was never informed that I was supposed to call prior to coming.
I get a phone call a little after 12 that same day letting me know my furniture was ready.
I sent someone else to the store to pick it up for me. When they TOLD the lady how much was left for me to pay, she said okay. However, she ended up charging me twice as much as she was supposed to. After refunding the money to my card, she informs the person picking up my furniture that it won't be back on my card for a couple of days.

Read moreI purchased few furniture for my new home from this location, the quality of the furniture were okay for the price whereas the customer service could be better but I went back again for the second time for more furniture, placed an order some furniture for the delivery, the delivery guy was late and when he showed up, he didn’t bring all the furniture items on an order, he was missing a tv stand set with the fireplace, we talked over the phone with Xavier, the delivery guy called him a boss, he started being very rude, he kept on saying either you cancel the whole order, or cancel the order of that missing item and many more! I was promised that they will order the item for me and I was told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks but after a month I went to the store today to check whether the item was available and also getting some more furniture but the guy at the store started with a rude manner like he was on the phone before meanwhile the lady showed up from the store not to resolve the issue but to avoid from what was going on! This was one of the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life! This place is like a ghost-house nobody was there for all of my three visits! I recommended this place to couple of my friends but won’t recommend this place any more! The outside ambiance of the store is as ugly as the mindset of the people inside!

I bought a trundle twin bed for my 3 years old and chose to pick up and install myself, got everything out of the boxes but surprise, screws and bolts missing... so the next day I called and told them about it and they said they'll try to get it shipped to them from the warehouse, never heard an apology. When I drove there (for the 3rd time to get a * bed) they gave me the bolts and screws but no manual to install the bed. Still, no apology of any kind, that same area is full of furniture stores, I don't know if they are all bad but I won't be going back to that place again. By the way, I paid $50 upfront for a twin mattress that they had in the store but I found a way much better deal online so I asked them to count that money into the bed price but they didn't accept because of the store policy, I just want to say that if you count yourself a decent store with "policies" you should be responsible and give people what they bought and paid for, not like my experience when I had a bed that I couldn't use.
I was expecting them to at least offer to deliver the missing parts to my home, but didn't even get an apology!
