Unfortunately, I’m not able to give this place 0 stars because if not it won’t let me post. This place definitely deserves 0 stars. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever had to deal with. My mom and sister purchased a vehicle from this place less than a year ago, and the vehicle has given them issued since then. They promised to fix the check engine light and two tires when they purchased the vehicle. They kept my sisters car for almost two months and never fixed anything!! They kept saying the parts were lost in the mail. When you try and talk to these people they never answer their phone or just simply hang up on you! We went to the dealership to try to talk to them and the “ sales “ guys are all super young and careless. They have no respect towards their customers. The “ manager “ is ever worse! He is very unprofessional and rude. Till this day they haven’t fixed what they promised to fix. They all contradict themselves and don’t even care to help you. They try to pull out “ well, you sign a contract “ buy as is” do not make business with this people!! Save your time and money because this place is a scam! They sell you damaged cars and promise to fix and don’t do it. READ THE REVIEWS!!!! Everyone who has posted a review has had the same problem. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am not the type to ever do reviews but these people deserve all the bad reviews they can get! Definitely will be reporting this place to the BBB! DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

Desafortunadamente, no puedo darle a este lugar 0 estrellas porque, de lo contrario, no me permitirá publicar. Este lugar definitivamente merece 0 estrellas. El negocio menos profesional con el que he tenido que lidiar. Mi mamá y mi hermana compraron un vehículo en este lugar hace menos de un año, y el vehículo les ha fallado desde entonces. Prometieron arreglar la luz de control del motor y dos llantas cuando compraron el vehículo. ¡Mantuvieron el auto de mi hermana durante casi dos meses y nunca arreglaron nada! Seguían diciendo que las piezas se habían perdido en el correo. Cuando tratas de hablar con estas personas, ¡nunca contestan su teléfono o simplemente te cuelgan! Fuimos al dealership para tratar de hablar con ellos y los chicos de "ventas" son súper jóvenes y descuidados. No tienen respeto hacia sus clientes. ¡El "gerente" es cada vez peor! Él es muy poco profesional y de mala educación. Hasta el día de hoy no han arreglado lo que prometieron arreglar. Todos se contradicen y ni siquiera se preocupan por ayudarte. Te salen con que “pues tú firmaste un contrato que dice que compras el vehículo en la condiciones que está. No haga negocios con esta gente!! ¡Ahorre tiempo y dinero porque este lugar es una estafa! Te venden autos dañados y prometen arreglarlo y no lo hacen. LEE LAS RESEÑAS!!!! Todos los que han publicado una reseña han tenido el mismo problema. Ahorre su dinero y vaya a otro lugar. No soy del tipo que hace reseñas, ¡pero estas personas merecen todas las malas críticas que puedan recibir! ¡Definitivamente informaré este lugar al BBB! ¡NO HAGAS NEGOCIOS...

They provide false advertisement I called yesterday spoke to Laura. I asked about the government's program offering 3k for your old car I had heard on the radio, she confirmed it was still available and even explained how it works. This was on Thursday 28th. We scheduled an appointment for Friday afternoon that following day and she even called me Friday morning to confirm I was still going. When I arrived Laura wasn't even available at the time of appointment and when I asked about the program I was told that it had already finished just yesterday, really???!!! What a way to reel people in, I drove 40 mins just to be told something completely bs. When I spoke to Laura she claimed that their business is all about honesty and how different they are from other places that just take advantage of people but here they are doing exactly the same thing claiming not to be. I suggest Never to buy a car from this place, everything is built on lies, in the end all they care is about taking your money with...

They’re just trying to make money. It’s a company I wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t care about getting a new one ripped. I helped my sister finance through them a while back. They approved us but with an apr high today the least. 20k car had to pay 10-14 I think in pure interest. Unless you need to don’t come here but they did accept 1,500 down payment & asked for a deferred down payment. Two weeks after but he careful I remember them saying we had more time.
