Que pésimo servicio me dieron, me dieron formas para que llenara y me dieron la cita para las 12:00pm me sacaron afuera de la clinica porque no tenia mascarilla solo mis niños llebaban porqué ellos estaban enfermos , afuera en el solaso con mis3 niños de 4meses de 2 y5 años parados porque iba caminando no tengo carro, lleno las formas y entro a entregarlas le digo a la recepcionista que no tengo una mascarilla con migo que si me puede facilitar una me dice que no que en la michoacana o gasolinera balla a comprar una, boy y la compro regreso y me siento a esperar, me llaman y me dicen que tengo que llamar a la aseguranza para cambiar de doctor, le digo no me boy a cambiar, solo consultaré por esta vez,y me dijeron que no me pueden atender porque tengoque cambiar a mis niños de doctor si no no me podían atender.
