I didn't get my change back.....again!!

I see that I'm the first negative review here, so I'll just explain my experience, the other day I went inside to get a bionico and a rusa, whenever  I pay I expect my change right back, well it didn't happened that day cuz the lady just went inside and disappeared, the place was packed I tried to understand and thought that I gave that lady a "tip" three times the amount of my purchase, after a couple days, it happened again!! I stood there for 5 minutes for the girl to return with my change, but just like last time she also disappeared  (are they doing this to random people?), I mean they seem to be doing good, and my friends always talk good things about the place, it's just that I find it real sad that this place allows...

Outstanding Service!!! They do have the usual, and the unusual shaved ice (Raspado) in the house!, from the Guanabana one ( my wife's favorite) to the one called Pico de Gallo (though I never,ever heard of such, gave this a try, Excellent!!!) _ I've been back a few times since the first time I walked into the place, I plan to drop by many more times indeed, I have recommended the place to most of my friends, and will continue doing so till I can no more... Seriously, I shall bring my grandkids for the Cultural Surprise of their lives, I know they'll keep asking to come back again!!! Definitely, one of the Best, and Coolest (no pun intended!)secrets of Spring Branch .. Glad and Fortunate to have stopped to give them a try......

I ordered Bionico and requested substitute papaya for mango, they charge me $1 extra and when I got home I saw only 4 pieces of mango the rest was cantaloupe, I also ordered 2 corn in a cup and when I was putting Chile on top one of the attendance ladies was looking at me really weird, she was thinking I was ready to steal the chile or I don't know.When I was ready to leave I requested extra fork and the old lady that was there give to me but with really bad attitude. I'm not going back I drove from Katy to there because that was my childhood neighborhood but the service is trash, and I think that is one of the reasons why that place was empty.Don't spend your money in business with people with bad attitude like them is...
