My eyebrows come out great every time I come here but not so much the customer service. I’m always trying to be upsold on products and services offered. While I don’t want to come off as rude, if I say I’m not interested that means I’m not interested. Take my most recent visit for example; I’m in the middle of getting my eyebrows done and the tech asked me I was interested in this facial service they were offering. I declined but she said “it can help get rid of those dark spots and the acne on your face”. I repeatedly said I’m not interested and she kept reassuring me that this service would “take away dead skin and get rid of my dark spots and make it look better” then proceeds to tell me if I pay $65 I can get my less that $20 eyebrow service for free! She kept repeating this in front of a busy lobby and it honestly made me uncomfortable. I’m aware I have dark spots and acne on my face, I see it everyday. There’s no need to highlight that for me and the rest of the lobby to hear. Not to mention I’m looking at her and she has some dark spots herself so how would she feel if I made the same remarks? I don’t appreciate this at all. The real icing on the cake is there was a girl beside me getting the facial/procedure and she looked like she was in so much PAIN. I rarely do reviews on subpar, ghetto, unprofessional, and mediocre places but I couldn’t help but to express my experience at Em Lash Studio.

Very bad customer service.

Three customers walked in before me and I happened to see the tablet in the corner to check in - so of course, I signed in first. The worker today told me “first come first serve” which isn’t written or posted anywhere in the shop. When establishments like this one creates weak, childish, and poor rules and regulations such as what was aforementioned, you know must stay away from them. Clients beware of these scandalous skeezers.

Save your money and go somewhere else.

I went in yesterday for a brow tint. While at it the lady suggested trying lash lift and tint for $60 I had mascara on and she removed my mascara I saw them and they were short I asked her for her “honest professional” opinion if it was good length to even do it she said yes. After she was done I was very disappointed to see there was nothing different about the way they looked so yes they were to short was it worth $60? No! Definitely learned my lesson.
