Perhaps I'm a little upset about my experience, but I don't recommend this place. Especially if you don't understand Spanish language. I went there the other day because someone told me that they sold single rims and tires. They do; however, when I walked in, I noticed there was ONLY Spanish speaking employees there. No worries, surely someone has to speak "good English", I thought 🤔. After driving for 30 minutes and putting my tire/rim in a worse position, the gentleman gave me very little help! I told him what size tire/rim that I needed and asked if he had it? He talked to two other people and said NO, that he only had the size lower than what I asked for and only ONE of them at that! I immediately laughed and said forget it because he never asked me what what my situation. He didn't bother saying perhaps I could order what you need or maybe you could look into this or that option. He simply said no we don't have that, we only have... What I'm not looking for! Was I supposed to drive on 3 18" rims & 1 17"? Who does that? I didn't know how much further I could go on my existing rim and tire nor did he CARE! Needless to say, I would never patronize a business like this, that doesn't understand there potential customers & out of the 9 employees that I counted, not one of them understood enough English or cared enough to try to understand my issue! I get that we have people of all diversities in the US, but at least be able to speak the language in the country you chose to reside in OR have someone on staff that can speak English fluently!!!
