Just throw the whole Popeyes away. Terrible experience 1st visit.
I go through drive-thru, when I pull up to the speaker no one says anything. I know sometimes things are hectic so I wait patiently. After waiting for two minutes without so much as a "I'll be right with you ", some says "hello"?. I respond, "yes ", and he replies with "yea go head witcho order". I guess he couldn't hear because after I told him what we wanted THREE times, my husband had to tell him again.
We finally get to the window and he tells me they have no mild tenders. I asked him if they had other mild chicken, he then asked which one. I asked if I could just get a leg, wing, and thigh instead of tenders as I NEED MILD. he replies with: "you want that spicy or mild? ". Omfg. I also ordered three large sides. The receipt showed that he took one off, I asked him was the mac n cheese still on the order he said yes.
I was asked to pull forward. The entire process in drive-thru was about 30min. This guy was either super high or just plain stupid.
I finally get the order and NO MAC N CHEESE. I had to get out and go inside. Then I get home and the mac n cheese looked as if they had just taken it out the container in the fridge somewhere. I live in the complex across the street so there was no time for it to get cold.

Read moreHorrible service. Manager was rude. I was in the long line from 10:05-10:50. Already frustrated, I get to the speaker box and nobody says anything. I say “hello” multiple times and asked if anyone was going to help me. The manager came on and said “yes?” That’s all. I asked if he was going to take my order and he told me he had only three wings left. I told him I was in the line for a very long time and there were people behind me. He said that they closed in 10 minutes so he turned the fryers off and that he ran out of cooked chicken and was not going to make more. I asked him how he ran out of chicken and he said that they had a lot of orders of chicken today and a lot of door dash orders. OF COURSE YOU HAVE ORDERS FOR CHICKEN. ITS ALL YOU SELL. He was very unapologetic and made me seem to be the problem. I’m a restaurant manager and the way he handled the situation was not the way a manager should. I can not believe he is in an elevated position. Also the fryer does not take that long to shut down so the fact that it was already turned off is ridiculous. This company is a joke. Read moreThis place used to be wonderful but now it is being run by a bunch of lousy people that don't know anything about good customer service. the place is super cold when you walk in. There was no other cust there and the counter guy took about 10 minutes to ask for our order while he was restocking didnt even acknowledge us. Finally when we were tended to, Even the order was wrong after we specifically told them no spicy. And they had 2 children running around in the kitchen and they had live music playing really loud.
