WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY THE FAR THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! VERY UNFIT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR BUSINESS, AND WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY FOR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!! THE WOMEN WHO WORK THERE ARE SUPER GHETTO!!!!!! I PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM HERE, AND IT DID NOT WORK, WENT BACK TO SEE IF I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK, BUT THE OWNER WAS NEVER THERE. I WAS GOING IN CIRCLES WITH THESE PEOPLE; AND YET, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I WARN YOU!!!! DO NOT RELY ON THEM!!! RUN!!!!

Called up the owner looking for a nano-sim to micro-sim adapter for my phone. He said come in, he can take care of it. Went in and he did it for free, even though I know it costs money. This is really nice of them, I was staring at having to buy a $10 kit from most other places or online.

The guy is incredibly kind and generous. The shop is clean and staff are friendly. They always ask if you need help and are ready to provide information. Guests are always greeted when they walk in, even though there's usually only two people on staff.

I would recommend this place to anyone, you will be pleasantly surprised at the attention you receive and the quality of service and...

One of the sellers gave me a phone wire with an adapter. The wire didn’t fix the adapter whatsoever. So whenever I went to return it, the guy told me that it was an old adapter and he didn’t give me that adapter. I had to argue with him for about 5-10 minutes about it until he gave me a new one. (Funny thing I asked him to check the cameras just to verify, and he given me the adapter. He didn't want to do that.)

First time entering this place, so don’t know much about it. Just BAD customer service...
