Where should I start. Purchased a sectional leather sofa from here on June 13th. Furniture was delivered to my home June 30th. The two men who delivered the furniture damaged my wood in my home. I just renovated my entire home and spent thousands on the wood. Not only did they damage the wood, but the workers left such a big mess on the floor that I was not able to see the damages on the wood till after I swept which was done after they left. I call Smartway Furniture immediately after I saw the damages and they asked for pictures. Sent the pictures on June 30th and they only offered to pay $50. Today is 09/16 and Smartway Furniture has not been answering my calls or responding to my emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.
