Evergreen Cemetery — Local services in Houston

I only go there because my grandpa is buried there besides that I wouldn’t. It’s not maintained well trash cans are crazily overflowing plus things we have brought for his tomb have either been broken or stolen. I don’t go too often but from the times I have been this year, three of them the it was closed even when we went during “open hours” it wasn’t during a holiday so I wouldn’t find another reason for it to be closed...

Sadly this Cemetery is not well kept. There is garbage everwhere, the grass isnt cut often, many of the headstones are obscured by ant beds or grass and weeds, and many have fallen over.

The cemetery is in dire need of restoration. There are many headstones that have have fallen over or have been fully covered by grass.
