Houston Neighborhood Highlight: Denver Harbor ~~ Denver Harbor is a neighborhood we're looking out for, as we think this is going to be one of the next "up-and-coming" inner loop neighborhoods. Right now we think East End / Eastwood is in the early stages of "its moment". Eventually, when it gets over-saturated and too expensive, people will look to Denver Harbor as an alternative. Development in Denver Harbor south of I-10 has been going on for the last few years. But it's only a matter of time (we think over the next 5-10 years) more development will spread north of the freeway, and deeper into historical Fifth Ward. #chrisandcabrealtors #houston #houstonneighborhoods #denverharbor #fifthward
