From waiting in the drive thru to ordering, it took 15 minutes at the intercom. From ordering to receiving food, while waiting at the window it took 40 minutes. You also had already taken my money so I couldn't have just driven away. I got a receipt that displays only what I paid and no breakdown of what I ordered. Noone to tell me before ordering or while taking my money about the wait. This place is beyond ridiculous. After I ordered and paid, 35 min in, they come to the window to finally tell me that they have no milkshakes. . Then she asks for my receipt and I ask her for one with a breakdown after the refund, still hadn't received it. She asks for the upgraded daiquiri that I substituted the drink for one of my two combos.... Why do u need my drink back when u charged me for it? If I had a breakdown you'd clearly be able to see that. She then refunds for my milkshake but I had to tell her I still needed a drink because I ordered two combos and just subbed the drinks. I receive my food, but they forgot to give me everything I ordered. . I ordered two combos but receive one fry. The fry that was missing wasn't fresh when I received it. Had I not checked at the window I prolly would have been here 2 hours for a $43 order. I came here on a Saturday at 12:50. There was no line at the drive thru. There was maybe 3 tables of ppl at the waiting area. Apparently they are short staffed and she is training. I have no idea how she's a trainer. I didn't even care to get their names or even ask for fresh fries. Read moreThis place is next door to a Little Caesars that has drunk weirdos hanging outside all day and all night it's embarrassing to actually say that you have a restaurant there and for this location I've only gone there once the food was okay overpriced definitely considering the people who work inside the Little Shack are also drunk and love when drunks and crackheads are hanging out at their little Shack have some respect for your location and yourself and have a better atmosphere nobody wants to go eat at a place like that whenever I'm looking for a place to eat if I see that I just leave because I'm not going to get harassed by people asking for money and act stupid so yeah the owner should but wouldn't take care of the issue because the people who run it like last night or drunk smoking probably crack outside when I was waiting for my pizza next door but going to that place to eat I can see that the people are also mindless people running a business that is going to fail eventually hate to sound like that but it is what it is. I asked for the "hours" for their happy hour. Her reply was "start or end?" I said start and end. The reply was 6 to 8. Again another don't bother me reply. I proceeded to ask for the fish poboy combo, when she cut me off with a "WE DON'T HAVE NO FISH". I pulled up to the window to find out who was being so Short and Rude. Come to find out it was a girl who was referenced to, when I asked for a manger. This was the same, dry expression girl who was rude and short with me the last time I was at this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY FOR ME! I refuse to spend my money where I am Not treated extremely well, responded to, or respected as paying Customers! The 1st time I gave it a pass.
