DO NOT ORDER HERE. Go to the Heights location which isn’t far from this one, trust me! The “manager” Heather is super rude for no reason, she lacks basic customer service skills. I’ve never seen someone speak so rudely to a customer because they didn’t have Pan pizzas and I simply asked for the refund of the extra $2 I spent for that specific item, then purposely delaying delivering the order by an extra 40 mins (the app stated it was delivered @ 1:34pm it didn’t arrive until 2:14pm) and giving cold pizzas, with barley any cheese or toppings (you could see the sauce and crust in various spots and the wings had no sauce at all on them. I spent $41 (with a tip already included too) for absolute horrible food, I couldn’t let my children and their friends eat that. When I called to ask why would she send something like this after inconveniencing the customer already, she laughed and said if you want a refund you have to bring it back yourself….What?! Who trained you Heather??? Then after I brought it back, she stated she couldn’t refund me until after they close the store for later that night ( this happened @1-2pm) I’ve never heard of that even after contacting another store. I did a curb side pick up order and waited in my car for almost 15 minutes, but no one ever came outside to give me my order. I got my kids out the car and went inside to get my order. First the girl stated that I just got here and I said no, I've been waiting for over 15 minutes. Then she said Oh we thought you were the SUV. But no staff member ever went outside to give any car their curbside order. And the other vehicle was an SUV and I have a car. Then she said, most people just call about the order when they have been waiting for over 10 minutes. Which got me thinking that they are purposely NOT taking the customers order to their car because they don't want to and forcing their customer to go inside to pick up their order. This Pizza Hut use to be awesome, and the staff was really friendly and they remembered their customer. But again, I don't know if its new management or new staff that is making this Pizza Hut...
Read moreThis particular Pizza Hut location on Lockwood has failed me more than twice. I ordered online the edge pizza I went to pick up my pizza and waited for 10 minutes I then called and asked what was the delay the manager got on the phone and told me oh no we stop curbside after we lock our doors. She didn't bother to say what time they locked the doors I told her I was able to order online and it didn't mention anything about curbside stopping at a particular hour of night. She told me it's for the employee safety and they couldn't update the website I then asked her how would The customer know that curveside was no longer available she was very rude and professional and told me I needed to come in and pick up my own pizza. The pizza was lukewarm the pizza had no meat if it was meat then it was minced it was not fresh the cheese was awful the whole entire experience was horrible Pizza Hut has definitely went down since the pandemic I've given it more than 3 or 4 tries...
