Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I come to this location atleast 4 times per week. When I come to the lobby at 645pm the doors are locked. The drive thru employees have attitudes all the time as if the customers purchases are coming from their personal bank account. The tortillas are always hard and cold. The employees get mad and snappy when you request your food to be fresh as if they don't do it when they order fast food. The evevirmonet seems very negative. As a loyal paying customers TACO BELL you need to do better. Lobby was closed with drive thru only availability. I ride a motorcycle so that was very inconvenient for me. Not to mention that by the time I got my food home it was cold....The crewmember at the window took my order told me a price of $13.96 I handed her $14.00 and she then proceeded to say to sir this is only 14 dollars..I said yes ma'am you said my total was $13.96. This location is the reason I am refraining from Taco Bell… or should I say from this specific location.. on multiple occasions I had food containing their MEAT and it IS AWFUL! I cannot explain what it tastes like. I can’t say if it’s old, seasoning isn’t mixed in… I have no idea what they are doing with the meat here… just try your luck, hopefully you get it on a good day… however, from my encounters, it doesn’t matter what you order, a chalupa, taco, burrito or the dang Mexican pizza that they are always sold out on.
