Don't buy from businesses that charge a 'to go' fee These folk did not tell me when I placed the order. My change was short so I asked. They first showed me their receipt which simply had a number plus tax. I asked to see more. Finally they showed me the receipt with the order and there it was with a $1 to go charge. I told them no I will not pay and asked for my money back which they begrudgingly obliged. The older women showed me some small print under 'extras' on a page away from the food order, which was so small I could barely see there was writing. And was obviously telling me they let patrons know this way. This is a con. Why do businesses in poor areas try to screw the folk around them?. I should get a discount on a to go order. I don't use any A/C. Nor do they have to clean the table, plates and cutlery after I leave. A restaurant operates under alot of trust. We trust they are giving us fresh food and not last night's leftovers. We hope they follow all the cleanliness guidelines. And so much much more. If they are prepared to disrespect you as a customer by trying to charge extras then I would argue they are screwing you...

I been coming for over 30 years back in the day the staff was attentive and friendly everyone knew your name. I brought my kids also I haven't been here for 4 yrs I brought my mom for the soup caldo ( which they sale between 10-2 we were there at 1230p and the waitress came back and said there's no more caldo . Very disappointing due to the hour drive it took. NOW the staff! The waitress was on her phones! I had to ask for a menu, also if I wanted something I had to wait and look for the waitress to finish messing with her phone. the tortilla on the enchiladas were hard and crunchy. What! Being close to this place, I decided to give it a try. I was pretty impressed from the get go. I am a fan of queso, and when a restaurant gives it to you along with your complimentary salsa...well they just jumped high on my 'thisplaceisawesome' scale. So next comes the drinks we ordered, Horchata and Lemonade. These things were very well made! Delicious to the last drop. I ordered a combo platter which was good. Along with the combo platter, I saw they had tripe and had to get me a taco. Best decision ever! I will definitely be coming back to try out their other items. Recommendations: Any agua...
