when i first bought the car they were so polite i brought my 2500 dollars and was told i owed 1000 which wasnt an issue they allowed me to drive my vehicle off the lot to go get the rest of the funds off my debit card, when i returned 30-45 minutes later with the other 1000 dollars i signed paperwork with my husband was told my plates and tags would be available within 3 weeks and walked out the door. Well the next day my a/c went out i wasnt to upset about this small dilemma, but after 4 1/2 weeks of no tags or plates i got very frustrated and went to the shop after calling several times and getting the run around. When i arrived the guys were all too busy to assist me but i told them i was not leaving until i received my tags etc. i was then told my car was not actually bought from GM but from the owner Joe himself and that i had to wait until my tags were ready to be picked up because the guy that does Joes tags was not in and they were in the process of making a commercial well i didnt care honestly about their commercial or anything else just wanted what id paid for. So they sent one of their guys to go get my tags etc. up the street from Joe and when he returned we left. Well my car was running fine at first then 3 weeks later my starter went out and i ha dto replace it now here we are 82 days later and im being told my water pump, and coils are bad also was told my car was not worth the 3500 that i paid for it that its basically trash under the hood it was a rebuilt engine, motor, etc. something I was not aware of when i purchased the car I was told by David it was a very good car and that there had only been 2 buyers before my husband and I alll lies this car was a salvage vehicle and had been damaged completely... This is ridiculous i guess when i brought the car i truly should have asked for the carfax THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS DONT BUY HERE THEYRE USED TO TALKING THEIR WAY THROUGH A SELL. I MEAN I KNOW THATS THE WHOLE OBJECT OF SELLING BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH A CAR THATS DEPENDABLE i HAVE 3 SMALL KIDS ALL UNDER THE AGE OF 5 AND AM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT RIGHT NOW I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS AND AM TRYING TO ATTEND SCHOOL AND THIS IS MY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION SOME RELIABILITY...

I had a really bad experience wth this people well actually it was wth the so call supervisor joahnna i do not know her last name because she refuse to tell me her last name she told me she didnt had to give me her last name i bought this truck from there 2 months ago i went there n ask if i can get my plates she said i needed to take the person whos my truck was under the name wich it was my mom n she was going to give her tha plates because she had them there ready she even showed me tha plates itake my mom n than she comes out wth no that she had to go thru a process so i ask her when do you think you would have them ready because im almost going to give birth to my bby in about a week n had to travel to have my bby so she told me well i do not know it can b a Thursday friday or monday tha expired date is on monday so i have till than she said i will call you so i waited till monday n than i call monday n she said well tha lady went to court n she will b back at 5 so im heading over there n she calls me to tell me well tha lady went but she got sum other plates but by time she was going to get urs they close so u gotta wait till Wednesday so told her u waited till this time to tell me this n she was been so sarcastic that im driving n i was about to wreck because shes been so sarcastic n telling me that she cant do nothing about it n i told her i know that u got sumthing persinal wth me n im about to have my bby ur stressing me to much i need to talk to ur boss n she laugh n said what is he gnna do about it even tho hes not here he will b bck after 4th of july theres nothing u can do i said im not gnna get stop n get a ticket because of ur fault she said n what u want me to do like she didnt care plz dont go to this place she tells u one thing n do another if she doesnt like u she will screw u up just because she gots a really baf attitude when i told her why did u tell me lies she just laughs shes really a wack...

Horrible Business! I do not recommend! I purchased my car at the end of December 2013. I gave them a total down payment of $2500. In June of 2014 before heading to work I started my car and heard a loud clanking noise coming from under the hood. I took my car to two different mechanics for a diagnosis and they both said my engine was shot and needed to be replaced completely at a cost of no less than $3500. This greatly upset me because I have barely had the car for SIX months!! You cannot destroy an engine in 6 months. They claimed my car was in good condition and I took their word for it. I had my car towed back to Good Year Motors where their mechanic said the same thing. I explained to them that they sold me a bad car with a bad engine and one of the ladies working there said she would contact the owner by email since she was on "vacation" to see what could be done. The lady I spoke with led me to believe that this could be resolved with a positive outcome. NOT AT ALL! It took over 2 weeks for them to get back to me with a response! I had no transportation for over 2 weeks waiting on their response. The owner said nothing will be done and I'll have to pay for whatever repairs. RIDICULOUS! I then spoke with the guy who manages the lot and asked if I could trade in the vehicle for another on the lot to try and resolve this situation and he tells me that won't be possible because the engine is bad. Really. So now I'm stuck with trying to come up with the money for repairs. And as a server waiting tables with other bills such as rent, the car note that they still expect me to pay and other expenses, that is a difficult thing to do. Do they care? Not at all! they are not even trying to work with me. They care about selling you unreliable vehicles and screwing you out of your money! Please take your money elsewhere to a more reputable dealership....
