I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taco Cabana in Houston, and it was a fantastic experience. The true stars of the show were their delicious quesadillas and their margaritas.

The quesadillas were simply mouthwatering. They were packed with flavor and filled with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you opt for a classic cheese quesadilla or one with a bit more pizzazz, you're in for a treat. The cheesy goodness paired with perfectly cooked tortillas made for a memorable meal.

The margaritas here were equally impressive. They were well-crafted, offering a perfect blend of tart and sweet. The selection of flavors was impressive, and the presentation was beautiful. Whether you like them on the rocks or frozen, they've got something to suit every margarita lover's taste.

The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was inviting. The pricing was reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes.

I’ve always liked Taco Cabana, but it seems like the quality of the food has waned a bit in recent years. Serving sizes are smaller, especially the nachos. The condiment bar isn’t as stocked as it used to be, with some locations not even using it. I used to get a million of those little sauce and pico de gallo containers in the drive thru, but you won’t get them at all if you don’t ask, then double check your bags before driving off.

This visit was good. The food was hot and fresh, and everything we ordered was presented to us. We dined in. There was a homeless person there using the electrical outlets to charge devices, taking a nap somewhere cool to beat the heat. Just when I approached her to offer to buy her a meal, I couldn’t wake her up. I alerted store management to call an ambulance. I had to leave, so I hope...

I have to share this today, my order was bad today, i did not get what i order , the sopa pillas were stale and bitter, the steak breakfast plate i order had only 2 pieces of meat and no tortillas, I order the brisket and egg burrito and I got a hard tortilla with dry brisket, I am very disappointed, us truck drivers want something different than just what we eat on the road , but because the price that I paid is just too high for the quality trash food I got today. Taco Cabana yall need to do better , who is to blame ? The prep, just put yourself in that situation you also would be mad to pay the high price for a bitter and incomplete order.
