I’ve been to this location two times, after the second time I won’t be back unfortunately. The first time I went I got a manicure and pedicure, which I loved. So I came back a second time two weeks later with a friend to get a polish change. I was picking a color when a man who worked there came up to me pressuring me about shellac. All I heard was shellac, shellac, shellac, I couldn’t even focus on what color I wanted. This seems to be a problem as well, I don’t want to talk during my service and I indicate that clearly . I was brushing him off and he persisted, literally shouting over my friend who was on my left trying to help me pick a color. Same happened when I was actually having my nails painted, the tech kept talking to me. I don’t even know what shellac is, turns out it’s gel. I’m like why didn’t you just say gel. I didn’t intend on getting gel but I decided to because it lasts longer. Or so I thought. I got gel polish on my fingers and regular on my toes, 4/30/23 exactly a week ago. My entire gel manicure is gone! Cracked, peeled and popped right off within a week. My toes however are fine with the regular polish. I will not be back, gel should last much longer than a week, especially since they charge $25 to add gel alone. Not to mention they overcharged my friend for their services but that’s a different story I’m not here to tell. update: I did have my gel nails repainted as promised in their response. I definitely appreciate and commend their efforts to remedy the situation. It has now been 1 day short of one week (repainted on 5/12) and it’s 5/17 today, as you can see in the pictures they are cracked already. I don’t do strenuous work, maybe it’s just my nails specifically. +1 star for customer service.

This place is nice and clean but super expensive. Just to get a new solar set is $69. It is $52 for the clear powder, and then additional $17 for a color. I told the woman at the front door I wanted red powder for my nails, she went and told the tech to give me shellac and then charged me an additional $17 for the shellac. I mean it’s good but this place will penny nickel and dime you for every single service and the charges for the service are very high that they’re not that good to be charging that much they do the same service as every other nail salon I don’t know why their prices are double than other places in the area. I got a pedicure and a new solar set, that was it, but you can see by the receipt how they added charges for every little thing they did. I had one acrylic nail hanging by a thread and they charged me $7 just to pluck it off. Crazy expensive and they added services I never asked for, the paraffin charge on the receipt, idk what that is and never asked for that service . The services were nice but I definitely will not be going there again. I feel like they scammed me

Firstly, let me say that the girls at this salon work very hard, and yes Priscilla is the best. She always does an amazing job. The issue is the manager, Ricky. He is not honest about wait times - he will tell everyone who walks in "Yes! Choose your color!" even though they have 6 people waiting already. This causes the girls to be rushed and overworked, and customers will end up at the shop for 2+ hours. Most recently, I went in to have my dip removed. Because Ricky had accepted so many customers, my nail tech was rushed, and did not use the proper technique to remove the dip. My nails are now severely damaged. My feedback to Ricky - BE HONEST ABOUT WAIT TIMES! I understand wanting to have as much business as possible, but most people will simply come back another day when you tell them it's going to be 2 hours. Be realistic about the volume of customers your shop can handle.

When I first started going here I was very pleased, it was a breath of fresh air the people were nice and it's a nice clean place. After getting my nails done here for about 8 months. I had 3 bad experiences in a row and the last one was it for me. I took my daughter in to get her nails done for her school dance. The little Hispanic girl at the front took our names and asked what we needed. After 2 other ladies came in (without an apt) she sent them back before us even tho we had waited 20 min already when I mentioned it she was very very rude. I skipped my nails that week due to this and just had my daughter's done. 1 week later we went back to have the nails removed and I was going to get a pedi. It was 4pm the owner and her husband were not there. It was not overly busy. We waited about 10 min, the SAME girl sent me back to the chairs for a pedi and I was just standing there everyone was busy... finally a very sweet girl that was new started a spa for me and sat me down then went back to her client.... my daughter was next to be helped just to soak off nails... 3 ladies came in and were immediately helped... my daughter still sat there waiting. 40 minutes I sat with my feet in cold water not 1 person spoke to me. I got up asked for a towel and went to the front where they had JUST STARTED to take her nails off. I sat down beside her and another lady was getting her nails soaked off and ahe said she was there for 1 hr and 40 minutes soaking her nails off... I asked the Hispanic girl what was going on, why was she just now being helped and why did they not use the tool to sand off the top coat and she snapped at me saying that's how they do it!!! WHICH WAS BS... She then said she couldn't do that part . If that was the case she never should have started to take her nails off to begin with! We left there at 7:14 PM ... 3 hrs to take some nails off and my daughter's fingers were literally bleeding... the women next to me was disgusted and said she had never been treated so ugly! the girl running things that day was arguing with both of us she Was very, very rude. And is lucky all she got from me was some firm words. On average I was spending about 190.00 per month in there to be treated that was is completely ridiculous. You may want to put your people in check before you lose anymore customers... I know I won't be back neither will my mother, Sister...

I will be completely honest here. This place looks half decent. But the staff rolled their eyes at me the entire time i was there. And when you go you’ll notice that all the staff are Asian and Hispanic women. The manager which is the guy that looks like he's on steroids with all the tattoos, he was very rude as well. I asked the lady for square and she gave me coffin nails. They failed to make me feel welcomed. They did not show me a menu and i was charged for length. They failed to disclose all charges with me because they were aware that it was my first time visiting. Only select customers are offered champagne or wine. I will never set foot in a place like this again. Where they are looking to run over you and cheat and scam you out if your money. Lesson learned. I don’t recommend anyone of color to go here because they really don’t like you unless your willing to allow them to screw you over and spend your hard earned dollars there. Officially canceled. Word to the wise treat people the way you would have them treat you. You never know who your entertaining. I could have given you a great review. Now look at you. I just want to add that they lied about how wide my thumbs were and had me there practically all day. And pretend as if they dont comprehend english. Don’t let them fool you my people. Smh its sad they have to prey on new black customers. The starring and nasty looks i got. As in what was i doing in there. The...
