Faithful Starbucks patron. Yes, one star intentionally given. I used to get a venti dark roast with 5 sugars added a minimum of 3 times a week. No cream, no soy, just plain ole sugar and coffee. I have changed locations that I frequent due to inconsistencies with my order. Again, just plain ole sugar and coffee. How do you get that wrong! Well, it has happened so often that I refuse to buy another cup. Some of the baristas would point to the counter with the condiments and say, "the sugar is over there" and I would kindly let them know that McDonalds ASKS me how many sugars I want in my coffee for just a dollar a cup! Sometimes I would reply with "I am aware but I want you to add it please". I do not consider myself high maintenance by any means, it is just that when I would take the top off and put it back on after adding sugar, coffee would always end up under the rim of the top and drip on my clothes. But why should I have to explain this? I was paying almost $3.00 for a cup! If they can make upside down caramel macchiatos with soy and an extra shot, what is the big deal about adding sugar to a cup. Plus, I believe in tipping, so I would end up giving a dollar for the tip to those that had exceptional customer service skills. My 3 bucks may not hurt the bank account of the owner's, but I KNOW that they aren't getting any...
Read moreI went to Starbucks on Sunday morning just to get out of the house for awhile just for the feel of the Starbucks coffee and just to check out the place. It was very nice the vibe was good inside. A lot of people were coming in and out with their children and their families.
So I see a lot of people really love Starbucks coffe. Who would have guessed That was said with a bit of sarcasm. coffee some people did I witnessed people coming in to just hang out and drink their coffee for a little while.
I saw many many faces of the employees. I ordered a drink I ordered what I always order. Which is the green tea frappuccino but for some some reason they kind of messed up on my order and gave me the chai tea frappuccino. I ordered it skinny also. They messed up so they fixed my order very quickly and gave me the correct item. Which is what I did order. I enjoyed it a great bit. I did get a few extra items. I got a Benito bowl or a protein bowl something like that. I felt the need to stay for a while longer they were playing Christmas music inside. It was kind of cold outside so I did explore the outdoor seating but it was a little bit to cold for me so I just went and got back in my car. Overall I enjoyed this location. I enjoyed my frappuccino and yes I would love to return in the...
Read moreThe one star is for the drink. Never have had a bad drink at Starbucks and I've been going to Starbucks since the 80s. Customer service however is spotty at most locations. My experience today at this location was horrible. Didn't Starbucks employees recently have sensitivity training? It seems this location was asleep that day. There was a man in one of their restrooms for 30 minutes. There were several of us standing in line waiting for someone to come out of one of the restrooms. I brought this to the attention of a male barista and he said casually, "oh he's bathing". Huh? So now Starbucks restrooms have turned into locker rooms? Then a female barista gave me a dirty look just for asking about this person and decided to slander me to all baristas. They kept staring and talking like this for 2 hours. I also noticed there are all Hispanics working there and a few Asians. No whites or any other race and I've been going for a few months. Thought Starbucks was about diversity? Very rude and juvenile staff. Maybe if I come in next time with my tote bag and bathe in their restroom, they'd like me better. Please you need to get rid of some of these immature and rude baristas and replace with those who actually learned something from their day of...
