Five Guys — Restaurant in Houston

Food and service were excellent. The only complaint I have is a table. I have eaten here's number of times and the experience is the same. Burgers are excellent, and never get more than one order of fries. There is however a complaint, & it's not a picky thing, there is one 4 place table that the legs are so loose and uneven that to sit there would be to invite spilling any drink. I'm not kidding this table has at least 6" of movement as the legs are so loose I'm not sure they are even attached. This table has been in this condition forever, and I'm not sure it's not some kind of practical joke, like a "Dribble Glass," "Whoopie Cushion," or "Exploding Cigar." I wonder why it hasn't been repaired or replaced, I'm sure it must be known, they clean the place daily and wipe down tables. The burgers aren't cheap so it's not like the cost of fixing or replacing this joke of a table is beyond the budget. So is it laziness, ambivalence, incompetence, or some other reason. Fix or replace this table and I will be more than happy to edit this review, or...

This place used to my go to place for burgers but today was the last straw. I ordered online so I don't have to wait for my food. I intentionally showed to pick up my food after the time it said it would be ready. They made me wait for 25 minutes. When I had enough, I went up to ask about it. It turns out the burgers had been sitting there waiting but I still had to wait for a fresh batch of fries! They had forgotten I was there. This is not an isolated incident. They make you wait every time but today was just too much. It was pure carelessness. There's no real manager working there and the employees don't give a care about customer service. Prior times I had old buns or soggy buns on my burgers as well. Another time they just totally couldn't find my online order at all until I told them about it. It's going to be tough giving up these burgers but the service is just too bad. The owner doesn't seem to want to make...

I love coming here and so do my kids. The food is so filling. BUT on this particular day I wasn't planning on eating, I had a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot. It was soo hot outside, and the manager (didn't get his name, but a nice white man) and GM were comming out to their vehicle. They offered me and my kids to wait inside. The manager offered to change my tire but I had already called for roadside assistance. We were given water, and the manager made sure that we were ok (me & kids). Finally after waiting for almost two hours and a no show from roadside, the manager changed my tire. He had all the tools in his truck and in fifteen minutes we were ready to go. Thank u sooooo much to that manager for helping me and my boys get back on the road. Its not often that too many people will drop what they are doing to help others out. And he was more then willing to offer his help....
