Joined HNLF back in March. My son had been going for a few years and I decided I needed a gym to workout. I found the gym to be very clean-they have a person constantly cleaning the equipment, the facility is very well laid out and they have a myriad of very up to date equipment. I'm more than happy I joined the gym. It is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The staff is very courtesy. I can leave my personal belongings in the cubbies and not worry about any theft.

Upon joining I met Mychael Murphey at the front desk. I was looking for a PT and got his info. Decided to work with him and he has been very good for helping me develop my 'routine'. He was very proactive in what I was looking for and started me on building up my core before moving into weights and cardio. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Michael Murphy, one of the house trainers at Next Level Fitness. His workouts have really helped me improve my physical fitness and he has been a knowledgeable and professional coach who truly cares about his clients and their progress in the gym. I have been with him for about 4 weeks now, doing 3 workouts per week and I have yet to repeat the same workout in that timeframe. There is a great amount of variety in his workouts and they’re tailor-made to help you achieve your goals from a fitness, weight loss, and active recovery perspective. His diverse workouts are challenging yet fun because they always incorporate new exercises I wouldn’t have chose to do myself. Very nice vibe in the gym Decently equipped theres almost two or more machines of every exhausted equipment there so u can always get ur workout done, the trainers are welcoming and seem to be always engaged with their clients! Christian at the reception takes the cake as he literally made me feel like its my gym and i dont need to second guess it! There are clean towels and a custodial team that keeps everything nice and clean The other members are friendly and didnt seem to mind that i like to pose in front of the mirror AFTER EVERY SET 😂 Big facilities spacious and clean Parking is relatively easy in the mornings Cant speak for the night time I almost forgot to mention theres a basket ball court and an aerobic room and a private and semi private physical...
