The owner at P3 puts so much care and consideration into the programming. The “staff members” are like family. They truly care about our wellbeing and betterment. It shows in the enthusiasm and technical acumen they bring each morning, noon or night. The facility and equipment are clean, well taken care of and organized. They do a great job making sure everyone gets attention. They teach and give you time to practice each movement, giving one-on-one correction in real time. Olympic lifts and heavy/high volume movements can go terribly wrong if they aren’t technically sound!
