I recently came into James Avery to pick out something special for my two children, and once again, Allison was there to help us just like she has in the past. This isn’t the first time she’s assisted me, and every time, she goes above and beyond. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me find the perfect pieces! My kids absolutely loved the charms we picked out, and it turned into such a special memory for us! I honestly only come back (this location is 30 minutes away from me) because of the incredible service Allison gives, she’s the reason I continue shopping here. Received very poor customer service from Manager Melanie. It appears she had an anxiety moment as she left me and mother ( a customer over 20 years) standing at the front counter, stating she was going to call her regional manager regarding our concerns, which we responded great. Melanie left us standing at the counter for a period of time, never returning then finally sent out a sales team leader , Gensis who acted clueless questioning how could she help us. We were denied a return that was in good condition. Melanie stated that if a charm was purchased and the item was taken out of the store, the item could not be returned if on a necklace or bracelet. This is the second time I’ve been to this location the previous time the girls were amazingly sweet last Sunday of the rodeo . I live 2.5 hours away . I usually stop in when I’m visiting the area. Isabella was truly amazing , she was so sweet, took care of all of my needs, and was very knowledgeable ,and very helpful. She was so patient she brought out both sizes of the rings I wasn’t sure what size I was anymore . She has great customer service skills. Wrapped and packaged all of my items with extra care and even gave me some plastic bags for my rings I love her 🫶🏼 .
