I called my order in oneday last week. I went inside and the cashier greeted me. I told her my name and what i ordered. Just keep in mind, its not what u say its how u say it. So she told me how much my order was and i have her a 100 bill. She looked at it and said, uh i have to run this in the machine. I was stunned by the way she said it and i was like ok??? As if i was suppose to either say uh just give it back or run out the store as if im giving her a fake bill. She proceeded to look for the manager, until he came. I just sat and thought about, again how she said it. So i politely told her, uh on a small note when someone give u a 100 bill, u really dont need to say your gonna check it just gp do what u have to do. I told her i was a lil offended by that, ya know. So the manager appeared as if he was in a frustrated mood and said, whats the problem. I told him, not making a big deal about the situation its how she said it. He was like well we ve been getting fake bills and thats oyr policy to tell every customer that. So i got sarcastic back and told him well i just made it. He immediately said nothing at all as if he was angry. Yet and still thay made change of it. I know they dont ask every customer that, they stereotype people. You go to any where else and they dont tell u they are gonna check the bill. They do their job. So by that being said, they need to look into their policy. I will continue to...
Read moreI've really tried to like this place and usually only visit once or twice/year, but I won't be returning. They cook their burgers a little under medium, so when I bit down into my burger it tasted so smooshy and gross I looked down and saw nothing but raw meat in the middle. Mortified, I called them immediately to explain the issue and the manager acted like I was bothering him. He also stated that's how they cook their burgers and that CORPORATE informs the restaurants not to ask customers how they would like their burger cooked and just leave it as is. WHAT?! To which I replied, "sir, if I pull out the uncooked portion, I can make a whole burger." Also they don't ask if you would like any modifications to your burger and bathe both buns in mustard.Needless to say, he took down my name so I could have it remade and I tell you I cannot finish this burger. It tastes so gross and like it's full of chemicals. It's leaving this weird feeling on my teeth, and the flavor is just not there. It almost tastes fake. I will add though, that their shakes are amazing, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I added picks of the uncooked burger and...
Read moreBeck's Prime it's first and foremost a burger place. Keep that in mind when I give it 4 stars, compared to other burger places. Hamburgers are juicy and large. Sweet potato fries are yummy. You can get a side salad, a large salad for dinner that includes steak, a grilled chicken sandwich, but it is a burger joint. The quality is a cut above a lot of hamburger joints. However, it doesn't have any atmosphere. No old license plates or oil cans on the walls. I've been to other burger joint where you can make a Hawaiian burger or something exotic. Not at Beck's Prime. You can get different sauces and cheeses, bacon and the usual but it is not exotic, nor is it a dive, just good. I think the quality is better than Fuddruckers, the fries certainly are. What I like better at Fuddruckers is the fixings bar you could add stuff onto your burger. Handicap accessible, easy parking, no play area for kids. No table service. Not good for large groups. Just good burgers and food. Moderate price, somewhat more expensive than many burger joints. But, my wife and I go to Becks to fulfill our burger craving over many other choices of burger...
