I don't even know where to begin this review. All I can say is Jason is just the best. When Hurricane Harvey hit, it destroyed our entire first floor. A foot of water in the house, two feet in the garage. We also lost two cars. Jason got in touch with us, filed a claim with FEMA quickly, (because of that, our home was one of the first to be inspected.) We were a wreck!!! Jason was always there to walk us through the process. We were in such a state of shock, we simply were unable to think clearly. BUT...the most amazing thing was when the inspector from FEMA came out there, Jason traveled from his office up North (during rush hour traffic,)to Sugarland to be present for about three hours. He also did the same thing for our neighbors who had other State Farm agents that they were unable to even reach.
