Texas Western Shop — Local services in Houston

The folks are really nice at the shop, but the quality of the work is very disappointing. I was excited to find a local shoe repair in my neighborhood. And in fact the owner seems genuinely focused on his service. I had a simple shoe resole job on a pair of dress shoes I’ve had for about 10 yrs. I’ve had Jem resolved 4 times before in my old city and always pleased. This time, it took several trips to get it comfortable to wear. And after I picked them up, they didn’t even shine the shoe. I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place. My cousin from Jersey came down to visit for the rodeo and wanted some boots, so I found it by the fate of Google. I'm so glad I discovered it as I pass it almost everyday and didn't know it existed. Montana (owner) was super friendly and helpful in assisting with exactly what she wanted.
