Can't say enough good things about how my yard turned out. I was very nervous through the whole process, but Jim and Gabrielle held my annoying hand every step of the way. I have worked with 3 other companies that kept putting band aids on my poor drainage and soil problems. Jim and Gabriella came up with a plan, it was a bit like having your pipes redone at first, very expensive for things I thought I wouldn't really see but we were sick of replacing sod annually and watering all summer for the grass to die anyways. The team came in and took several layers of clay off the top of my yard, regraded the entire yard and added some amazing fertilizers, compost and other organic stuff before planting a beautiful ground cover that is much more drought tolerant than grass and better roots to keep all my new dirt in place. They cleaned and replanted all my beds and found me the perfect tree and boy am I picky! They added pavers all around my yard and pool creating a really beautiful natural looking area that is functional and stunning. I can't tell you how happy I am and have high hopes that I will have a beautiful yard for years to come instead of having to sink time and money into it every year to patch problems. First, the online service is a joke. I submitted information and waited for a month without getting any response. So I called, and the answer I got was my project was “simple” and the minimum job they do is $20,000. So I listed the things I was planning on and they agreed on coming for an inspection/estimation. I was given a 2 months appointment. Then 6 weeks later, they call me to cancel due to “certain circumstances” and give me a new appointment another month later. Fast forward to the night of appointment, another phone call to change time but within same day. I agreed again but I asked to be on time because I had to go to work. Then the promised day comes, and I receive a message from Gabi 2 minutes ahead of the appointment time, that they’re running late. I gave up and decided to go back to work, by the time I was leaving they arrived, but I told them they’re late .. Jim’s rude responsive was:”Late?! For what 20 minutes?!” He turned and left. I would’ve given a zero...

I spent 30 mins driving here in rush hour traffic on a Friday because my cousin recommended it. I thought they closed at 6, but upon pulling into the parking lot noticed they were locking up at 4:59. I rolled down my window to ask, and Erica notified me that they close at 5 during the fall. I thanked her and went to leave but she stopped me and invited me in. I promised to be quick, but she encouraged me to take my time. She was warm, friendly, made a point to learn my name, ask me questions, and provide recommendations. This kind of service is hard to come by today. I am beyond impressed, and was bestowed the same kind, friendly demeanor by every other employee. The plants were STUNNING and well cared for, not to mention well priced. And they have so many unique plants that you will not find elsewhere.
