Halbert Park — Attraction in Houston

Not much to do for very small toddlers or pre walkers. Only one stand alone playground set. 4 swings (2 baby and 2 regular swings), a basketball court, a tennis court, one covered pavilion with table, and one water fountain (cold water and works! ). I wouldn't particularly think this is a great place to bring dogs to play since very small. Limited parking area so it would probably be difficult to find a spot...

Beautiful and quiet. Many families here but not too many. Great place to sit and have lunch. There are alot of BIG dogs in this neighborhood, and in this park especially, so I left my tiny dog in her little basket on the picnic table, rather than let her be seen by the many large ones...

Not a bad little park. Has a basketball and tennis court, a play place for kiddos with swings. Only bad side is the trash seems to be only taken out weekly and start to reek pretty bad and the grass doesn't get mowed very often so its usually...
