I am writing to share a regrettable experience I had with Kim Chau Jewelers 2, hoping it will help others avoid a similar situation.

I recently bought a piece of jewelry from Kim Chau Jewelers 2, only to find out later that it was damaged. I returned to the store expecting a straightforward resolution, but instead, I was met with dishonesty and denial. The owner, refused to acknowledge the damage and insisted the jewelry was sold in perfect condition.

Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue amicably, the owner was uncooperative and refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also dishonest, as he tried to shift the blame onto me.

The lack of integrity and poor customer service displayed by the owner of Kim Chau Jewelers 2 is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other jewelry stores to avoid the risk of being misled and...

Beware of this place they scam and will not give my deposit back even though she said if I do not pick it up that I would be able to get my deposit back. I have a receipt even though it’s a year ago she did not mention that there was an expiration date on it and also I got some earrings from it last year that I came in to try to trade him in for a bigger carat and she claims they were not from her. I never got a receipt for these earrings and even if I did, why or how do you keep a receipt that fades regardless? Please do not do business with this company because when I walked in, they were already arguing about something in Vietnamese . PLEASANT SURPRISE - My fiance and I came here about a month ago and the owner/manager gave us a very good price for my fiance's 24k gold items.
