Atmosphere: Pretty casual interior with semi-office like lighting, bright enough to see everything. They have plenty of tables that are usually available for use, and even a couch area where you can just chill.

Drink Quality: The Che here is pretty good, they're usually made with coconut milk and have this refreshing flavor to them. Also, the way they put the crushed ice on top of the drink is very convenient, because you can shove it down, mix it with the drink, and there won't be any leftover ice cubes when you finish.

#10 Bambu's Favorite ($4.15): Delicious coconut milk drink with Grass Jelly, Red Tapioca, and Pandan Jelly. This drink is very consistent with it's unique sweet coconut flavor, Pandan Jellies fun chewiness, and the Red Tapioca's interesting crunchy texture. The grass jelly is only good for it's slurping purposes, since it doesn't really effect the flavor that much, I usually tell them to just replace it with more Pandan Jelly.

Variety / Mastery: They have a variety of desserts and drinks, both of which have multitudes of flavors. They have Che, Ice Cream, Coffee, Milk Tea, Boba, Jelly, Tapioca, Fruit Ice Cream, and some other random add-ons you can have in your drink.

Quantity / Price: Their regular drink size is Large (24oz) I think, so for the price of $3-4 that's a pretty nice deal. The service here has also been pretty nice so far, haven't had any problems, even when I make a bunch of requests. Good drinks for a nice price.

Cute shop, tried it once and liked their drink so went back today (Christmas day) before work to get an iced hazelnut mocha (same drink I previously ordered. Shop was very busy and upon ordering we mentioned please rush order to go since I have to go to work. Not only did they take 20 minutes for one drink, but they did not make it properly. I did not ask for a cup of only coffee and gigantic bag of ice. I have a 30 minute commute to work why the hell would I want to sit here and assemble my own drink and then have a melting bag of ice sitting in my car? This is the same drink I ordered just a day before and it was normal. What the actual hell is this. Beyond frustrated with the order and with the service. It does not take extra time to just hear a guest say “hey I’m in a rush” even if u don’t rush. And it is so ridiculous to take 20 minutes to make ONE unfinished drink. Why the hell would I want to scoop ice into my drink myself with non sterile hands on my drive to work? This makes no sense. Never had a shop hand me a giant bag of ice. It was too busy to have them fix it im sure they would have, but I was already running behind to work and not willing to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix this ridiculousness. Very frustrating. A good place to grab Vietnamese desserts especially if you like che. Located in the Kim Son plaza to the right of Kim Son itself. Parking here is doable. Spacious inside with a few outdoor seatings. The ambience gives off a sophisticated vibe with soft lightings and modern decors.

The che #1 and #6 will satisfies your sweet tooth. Although it's usually a bit too sweet for me but I think you can adjust the sweet level. A variety of toppings in each che cup and good portion. On my most recent visit here, I noticed they had shaved ice.

Of course, I have to try it. We ended up getting four different kinds: thai tea, strawberry cheesecake, berrylicious, and mangonada. My favorite has to be the cheesecake. It had two layer of strawberry and cheesecake shaved ice. The cheesecake portion had a very nice creamy taste. It went well with the combination of strawberries. Mangonada was also good with plenty of flavors from sour to spicy.

You can really taste the strong flavors of each shaved ice. It comes in three sizes. Getting just the regular size was plenty to share with 2-3 people. The second size can be shared with more than 3 people. We didn't get the family size but I would expect it to...
