Hangout Fruit Juices & Bites — Restaurant in Houston

Changing my review. Interesting and big menu but the owner or management or whoever it is, is very very rude. I enter the store and ask a question. She didn't reply. So I order a sweet lychee and it was like I didn't talk to her at all. She pick up the controller and try to turn the TV down then when I said the order again she walked away from me and proceeded to the TV. A guy came in after me and she spoke to him and managed to check him out. The young lady behind me asked me what my order was. I said it again then another guy came behind the first guy and order and she checked him out!!!! At this time I walked out.

Suggestion for your business. First come first serve. No wonder The Hangout is slow and no one wants to hangout here (pun intended). To be honest I felt that lady had a problem with me. She had a lot of attitude. Maybe cause the way i dress and the way I look. I hope this lady reads this review cause I will say its not your business to judge what you don't know.

We came here yesterday and ordered 2 thai green tea, chicken feet, bap xao, and fruit yogurt. Overall the food and drinks tasted good. However, we did not like the short black hair girl who took our order. She was not friendly, and her attitude was kinda bad like we did something bad to her. No greeting, no smiling, no saying thank you. She even rolled her eyes at us. It would be nice if someone else taking order instead of her, or she changes her customer service because this was the second time we came here and received the same attitude she gave to us. We sat down nearby the cashier and saw her gave the same attitude to all the customers. Please do something or maybe you will lose your customers. And the A/C did not work when...

I was quite disappointed in the how shiesty this place is. I mean food is good but you seriously can not be that cheap. We order Banh Trang trying and the sauce was already mixed in so it was sticking together. What if I didn’t want all the sauce why not put it in the side. My friend ordered a pha lau they gave us HALF of a Banh mi yes half how sad! For the price of the pha lau and the side of it at least a whole Banh mi this wouldn’t even fill up 1 person. So we asked for more bread and got charge $1.5 Carrot orange apply juice was good. Price wise I think was hefty we order 4 drinks 3 food cost us $50 was it worth it absolutely not food was expensive and wasn’t filling. I’ll only come back for the...
