I had to write a review because I was so happy with my service. Don’t be fooled by “false advertisement” comments. 20-25 dollars is for the shortest square one color basic nails. If you want length or french tip it’s Going to be extra but that’s everywhere tho. Walked in paid $50 for almond french tip at the shorts length they can allow for almond (they can’t be too short or the shape won’t work) Ana, who was very patient and kind with my indecisiveness , did my nails and had me in and out in under an hour I was shocked how fast it was and still turned out nice! If I didn’t get french tip the nails would’ve been 30$! These are old school prices with upgraded skills. The nail shape turned out exactly how I wanted and they’re not too thick. Salon is also very clean and everyone was nice. I won’t even look at another salon I’ll be driving that 45 minutes every single time. This is my new spot! Update: I’ve been coming here ever since but some ladies are rude and impatient. They seem irritated if you ask any questions… The prices are good but the service could be much much better.

Would not recommend at all. I came to get a new set & the lady doing my nails started ripping my previous nails off & tore my nail from my skin. With her unclean hands she proceeded to dig in my bleeding nail. She was proceeding with the service as normal but I had to tell her that I would not be getting a new set because there was no way that I could put a new set on top of an injured nail. All tools used were dirty and I had to ask her multiple times if she could use something to clean the wound and I had to ask her to wash her hands as well. You would think that would be standard practice, especially when there is blood involved. She proceeded to do a soak off and did an absolutely horrible job basically drilled my nails off for most of it and still managed to leave parts of acrylic on some nails. I will not be returning here and I highly recommend that if you read this, you don’t give these people your business. If you’re ever in a situation like this, just know that they absolutely do not care about your well-being and their customer service is nonexistent.

The green bottle that's shown is a bottle of Palm Olive dish detergent that the technician uses for pedicures. And based on the signs that are posted outside displaying $20.00 and $24.00 full sets now I see why. I asked the technician to use a new foot scrub and she asked me to pay an additional $5.00 for the foot scrub until then male manager who speaks English explained that although a new tool was used on my feet the next time I would need to pay for a new tool to be used on my feet. To me that's unsanitary and it's a rip-off to the customers who come to get a service. Tools should not be reused multiple times to ensure germs aren't transferred from one customer to another. So in conclusion folks you shouldn't be swayed by advertising of cheap labor because they are cutting corners and get irritated when you question them about the practices. I will also be reporting this facility further because of their practices.
