American Deli — Restaurant in Houston

I had a problem with my order I was surprised to know that the store manager was the same rude Mexican I asked for ketchup instead of fixing my order which was all I wanted he kept saying he had no manager and wasn’t gonna fix it the morning mgr decided to tell me about her lunch which I didn’t ask her about I offered her a bite to taste the plate she knew more about than me at this point the rude African cashier I had early was eating her food at the register mugging me I told her she was rude and loss my cool because they suggested I deal with not liking my food and started talking like I wasn’t there yall really need to stop letting this place get by with that bad service and extra long waits for your order I’m gonna discourage people I know from coming to this location and I will never spend money with them again probably at no location due to this experience if anybody has a corporate number please let me know because at this point it’s...

Somebody take the trash out 🚮 first of all, the food here tastes nothing like the original locations. And it’s not good service. I’ve come here a few times since moving to Houston to give a couple things on the menu a try, overpriced and dry. It’s not good and so I stepped in this evening to order some fries. It’s so hot outside, I came right in to get water. Incompetent uncultured swine at the cash register starts screaming like a maniac about how I can’t get any. Lmaoo I had to ask if everything was okay? It was like abnormally loud, but anytime you deal with uneducated working class, that’s what you get. Very rude. I waited almost an hour for my order.. a beefy Philly combo.. just for it to hardly have any meat on it. I brought it up to the cashier and she said I would have to wait for more meat to be put on it because they have to cook it. I said okay. I was willing to wait because the quality of my food is never an issue at the CULLEN location.

20 mins later I get my order with no meat added because they said I would have to be charged for extra meat. My order normally has a decent amount of meat on it. My order had a small scoop of meat. I wish I had taken a picture. It was mostly bread. Instead of being considerate of my wait time and the condition of my food they rudely gave me a refund. I’ve been waiting LITERALLY 50 minutes for a philly combo just to leave with nothing. I won’t be returning. Wish I had read the reviews...
