First bad experience: I had a very bad experience two times at this center.I went drive thru and I ordered 2 vegetarian( beans) chalupa last week and they gave so dried one's, they were so bad, I had to throw them.I opened and viewed them after reaching home.All my money got wasted.
Second bad experience: Today, I again went to this location in evening around 8.30pm to drive thru.A lady took the order after making me wait for few minutes. I ordered 2 chalupas and mentioned very very clearly vegetarian (beans) and also mentioned about last weeks experience and asked for fresh chalupas and even my bill also says vegetarian is substituted instead of non veg but still they gave 1 chicken chalupa and 1 chicken burrito and they also looked very dried and in bad shape.I took pictures of the bill and order i got.Again, I opened after reaching home.All my money got wasted again.
It looks like the people who take order is not interested in concentrating the customers order or what a customer says during the order and they give just what was packed and stored since morning or older days packed food.I definitely not suggest this location.I used to be a fan of tacobell but after this experience i think i will choose other food restaurants than tacobell at this location.They don't pay attention to the customers order.I want to give zero rating but option is not available so gave 1 rating.It is a very...

I went to the drive through today and kindly requested 2 beef chalupas. I Also requested that they be made fresh because of prior episodes of food poisoning. The young lady at the drive through rudely Said what else and I repeated that just the two orders and that they be made fresh. She rudely replied " I HEARD YOU ITS GONNA BE FRESH" shocked at her tone and treatement towards me I said never mind and proceded to call the store to speak to the manager.
When I called the same young lady picked up the phone and said she was the manager. I said no ma'am quickly after the manager Julius came on and I spoke with him. I went back to the store shook his hand He apologized and gave me 2 coupons. I asked for the corporate number and he didn't divulge it stating to go on the company website. after this I'll never eat here again.

I waited in drive thru about 25 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of me. I watched an employee smoking in his car during this whole time and strangely when he went back in the line immediately started moving and ironically the same guy smoking in his car was the one taking the orders. I was told the computer was down. * 3 days later when I visited on same shift the wait was even longer and after 20+ minutes passed ppl started to drive off. Looking inside restaurant was completely empty with no employees to be found at 10:30 pm. Curiosity told me to look inside rear door window which is where I saw employee sitting on floor talking on cell phone. When I asked him why they weren't taking orders he said "I don't take no F*g orders man".
