I had such high hopes since it is fairly new. But instead I was so disappointed with the customer service!!! The guy working the drive through window should NOT BE WORKING THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW! I told him I wanted the 6pc steak finger basket without the drink and he tells me it is too late that he already charged me for the drink. I asked him to take it off and he said it was too late again. I had to explain his menu to him by informing him that there is an option to get the combo with or without the drink! Then he doesn't ask me if I want anything else and he gives me my total. I tell him I want to order something else, and he proceeds to tell me my total again and tells me he will see me at the first window. I still decided to tell him that I want to order a small blizzard. He took the order and gave me the new total. I get to the window and it took him quite sometime to get to me, but I was ok with it because I figured maybe he is still learning since he was moving so slow. He comes to the window and just places my box out the window. Didn't bother looking at me AT ALL! I grabbed the box and asked if I could have 2 bbque sauces and some ketchup. He didn't know where anything was located! He finally asked one of his coworkers to help him. I received no napkins at all. So now I'm waiting on my blizzard. When the other guy brings him my blizzard he doesn't even tell him. He just sits it on the counter next to the cash register. He FINALLY turns around to see it, picks it up, and put it out the window with little to no effort. Not looking at me again to see if I can reach it, which I couldn't, because he was barely passing it to me. I had to lean in really close to get it. I didn't get a thank you come again or nothing! The ONLY reason I am giving them 2 stars is because my food was HOT and my blizzard was perfect! I was hoping to give them 5 stars though. I would not have an issue if he was still learning, because that I understand. But the customer service just makes takes away from any other effort he made because he was even trying to be nice! Read moreEmployees are rude, have a bad attitude and are confrontational. I went through the drive through and ordered a dipped cone. When I got to the window, the employee (Tiffany) had a regular cone in her hand. I reiterated that I asked for a dipped cone. She rolled her eyes and walked away with the cone in hand. It was starting to rain so I rolled my window up. After a few minutes, another employee came to the window to give me my total. I asked her where my cone was. She picked up a dipped cone that had been placed on the counter near the window. It had visibly started to melt so I asked for them to make a fresh one. So now she gets an attitude too and asked me what was wrong with this one. I told her I didn’t want that one bc it had already started melting and I wanted a fresh one. Then she said they were refusing to serve me. I asked for the manager; and this worker claimed that the previous employee (Tiffany) was the manager. My daughter who was in the passenger seat started recording them. Next thing I knew, it turned into a shouting match between the two DQ workers and my daughter. The employee who called herself refusing to serve me also refused to give her name when I asked. Then she threatened to break my daughter’s phone. Soon after, a Hispanic lady came to the window who said she was the manager. She was calm and much more professional…she ended up fixing a fresh dipped cone. She was going to give it to me but I paid for it anyway (I already had the money in my hand - wasn’t trying to get anything for free anyway). Bottom line: A simple dipped cone order should not have taken all that headache, hassle and attitude with the ignorant unprofessional behavior from their employees!! HORRIBLE...
Read moreI wanted to give a zero. This was a very disappointing customer service experience. Occasionally, I allow myself to have a treat. My favorite cheat is a turtle pecan blizzard with hot fudge in the middle. I ordered at the drive through. The lady that took my order was polite and said she had me. They charged me extra for the hot fudge. When I pulled up to the window, I was telling the lady how much I like that they still have real hot fudge. They served my blizzard and I left. When I drove away and began eating my blizzard, there was no fudge. That is the main reason I drove there. When I attempted to call them, no one would answer. I tried several times. I tried later, hoping someone else would answer so that I can tell them what happened. Someone did. Once I started explaining what happened, they hung up in my face and did not answer again. Maybe to them, this is not a big deal. As a person who has been in customer service 30 plus years, this really upset me. That is the only thing I wanted after work. I drove out of my way to get it. I was the only one in line and we talked about the fudge at the window. This bad service seemed intentional. The disrespect on the telephone made it worse. If this is how they treat customers outwardly, I would hate to know what we cannot see. This was my goto when I craved a treat. Now I can never return to the Dairy...
