I never leave reviews, but feel the need to do so as my experience at this store location has been inconsistent. I had a refill of Another 13 done in March. This bottle was horrible initially and after waiting 2 plus weeks waiting for the product to macerate like directed it smelled diluted, did not stay, and was of alcohol each spray. I was unable to make it to the store for another 6 weeks and it still was clearly a bad bottle. The day it was made the person who refilled it seemed highly uncertain of what she was doing during the process. The label on the bottle was put on so crooked as well. While she was polite, I have to say this was frustrating as this product is expensive and you expect high quality. Iāve enjoyed my fragrance for some years and know itās staying power and the smell. Furthermore, I observed poor customer service towards another customer while I waited. I see reviews and it can be inferred who was lacking in their customer service. It was clear the customer was window shopping and inquired about samples of the perfumes. I did not feel the employees were warm to this customer as it was clear he was not going to spend a lot of money in the store. The warm and fuzzy feeling was not present this day and I hated being witness to it.
I went back to Le Labo mid May, and Michael refilled my bottle again. I want to say he makes up for my initial unpleasant experience as he took the time to take me outside and kindly go back and forth between smelling my batch and the storeās batch to check the quality. It turned out that my remade bottle smelled very off compared to the storeās bottle. Without hesitation he made me another bottle and replaced the sticker properly on the bottle assuring I left with a product I was happy to take home with me. Two weeks out, I am happy to report the perfume is just as my original bottle was and I am very happy with my fragrance now. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and assuring me he would take care of things without any hesitation. I personally hate complaining and he put me at ease this day.
I have a customer service background from long ago and work with people everyday so I find it important to give kudos where they are due. Thank you, Michael.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to start off by 1st giving a Very Special Thank You to the sweet, kind and warm hearted, personable, and very Professional, Ms Mulki for remaking my 3.4oz bottle of Another 13 on 9/6/22 because Reymondo C, who I now know is the Store Manager at this location, made my perfume incorrectly on 8/10/22 and basicly made me a water down version of Another 13. Ms Mulki compared my perfume Reymondo made to one of the other Another 13 tester bottles they had on display by spraying them both on two seperate cards. After letting them sit for quite some time, she then smelled each card and had me smell the cards as well. The one Reymondo made for me was in fact very faint and way off from what Another 13 is actually supposed to smell like. I was livid as well as disturbed at that point when I found this out because my experience with Reymondo was already alarming due to the fact that he was not personable, very condesending, arrogant, and just plain rude. I have shopped frequently at this location before he started managing there and the service has always been Stellar. So i thought to myself how it must feel for someone coming to this location for the first and being greeted by this type of person. They probably wouldnt come back!! He is not a Good Look for Le Labo Period and I would love for Le labo to investigate into this issue I had with Reymondo. Im speaking out because I spend my good earned money on luxury perfume here at Le Labo and I expect customer service to match up to the price Im spending on what i feel is Amazing Perfume. Right from the beginning, what really stood out was Mia's exceptional customer service and her genuine warmth in greeting me as I entered the store. She graciously guided me through a journey of scents, allowing me to sample various fragrances while sharing her insights. She also took the time to understand my preferences and how each fragrance appealed to me. Mia had a deep understanding of how body chemistry interacts with fragrances, and she emphasized how scents evolve as they dry down on the skin. Her advice to take my time with each scent was a testament to her expertise.
What truly set Mia apart was her dedication to ensuring that I made an informed and thoughtful choice. It was clear that her goal was not just about making a sale but about helping me make the best decision. In the end, I opted for a 15 mL bottle of their wonderful fragrance, Lavande 31, and also selected four sample sizes of other highlighted scents for my wife and I to explore. This approach will allow us to gradually develop an appreciation for the fragrances without making a hasty commitment, especially considering the price point of Le Labo's offerings.
