Ben is the manager on shift at 13415 E Fwy location Houston. All he did was argue with me and said that ALL of the beef is tiny pieces and it is measured and weighed. If I wanted better quality meat and quantity I would have to pay more. I expected to be refunded and comped my meal since I live 12miles away and was inconvenienced. He did not provide customer satisfaction. He did not want to refund my money(but did) and said he could remake the bowl but he told me that I still would not be satisfied. I showed him that the fresh beef and broccoli that had been cooked did not look like what I had brought back. His argument was, "well it's cold and the beef will shrink to that size, so I don't know what you want me to do." When I kept repeating that I wanted my money back. Ben has no place in a management position and needs to be demoted and properly trained. Excuses aren't solutions Ben. The pic on the left is what I was served. The pic on the right is what I have had before and is what I expected. Ben continued to tell me the Pic on the left is what is always measured, weighed, and served. If someone from the Panda Express Corp/ Customer service dept would reach out, I would Greatly appreciate it. Thank you. I also bought several items off the menu that day.

Let me start by saying I've been to this location plenty of times. Food was prepared right and fairly quick. But in one day, they threw that all away. First time I've ever ordered in the app, and it will be the last time I come to this location. First of all, my order was to be ready by 12:15pm. I ordered at 12:00pm. I get there, and it's not ready, nor has it even been prepared yet. I checked 5 mins later, and it's still not ready. Finally, a few more mins later, it's ready. I sit down to eat, and it's not even right. It's clearly printed on the receipt AND sticker label that they have to place on the container lid "Chow Mein: 1/2, Fried Rice: 1/2". There was not a single noodle in the bowl. Now, I have to wait another 5 mins at the register and for them to fix the order. This has taken 30 minutes, and I'm on my lunch break. I don't know why an online order gets pushed to the back while they wait on customers in line. They whole idea of ordering through the app was to skip the line. I could have gotten my food in line, ate, and be in my vehicle before this online process. They should be ashamed of themselves. Never again, will I come back to this location.

Definitely standing up the the ONE STAR reviews. This place is rude , most of the food was sold out and you will have to wait. It wasn't packed at first and not one person said hello when we walked in. We stood there for a while until I said who takes my order and the man was so rude and points to a lady worker who was just as u professional. I haven't ever been inside any of the locations until today always the drive thru and it really was terrible. They are unorganized and handed me someone else's food I wasn't pleased. I think the manager was doing the best she could do but the place is just falling apart. I do not suggest this location at all.

They we're suppose to open up at 10:30a.m. with all the food out. They did not open the doors until 10:38a.m. and there was hardly any food out in ready. So I ordered what I could and paid $16.35 but once my husband tasted the food. I had to turn right back around to give them the order back and request a refund. This place is horrible. I use to eat Panda Express once or twice a week. This is the second horrible experience I have had with them. The other experience was that they didn't have any Asian Grilled chicken for at least a month. I asked one of the employees while we were in drive thru if she knew when the Asian grilled chicken would be available. She said the grill was broke I asked when it would be replace she said that Thursday. So I waited until Thursday to go back and turns out the grill was not fixed. I filed a complaint on line that was never answered and they sent me 2 free entrees once we went back. I never used the offer and I did not go back until today. I don't understand how your business grill is broke for a month and how you can't speak to anybody to complain. I used to love going to Panda Express for the Asian grilled chicken but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. This is the Panda Express off of...
