Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

Update: I have driven by this Taco Bell three times and wanted to eat here since I posted this review 2 weeks ago, but since they obviously don't care about how they treated me, I went elsewhere. Original review: I love Taco Bell. Last night, we stopped in the rain, so we went to the drive-up. I got my 2 burritos and my wife got the Mexican Pizza and asked if they could put lettuce on it. They said yes. They didn't add the lettuce. No big deal, except... They charged us for it! A LOT too. So I drove around to the drive up again and said they forgot to add the lettuce. She told us to drive around. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-up line. We get to the window and the woman says, give it here, so I gave it to her. I figured she wants to verify they forgot. Nope, she takes the pizza back and puts lettuce on it. So now my wife gets to eat a cold Mexican Pizza. Nope. Asked for the manager. Another few minutes before the guy comes to the window. He says he wants to make us another one but it's too late. I ask for the customer service number. He says he doesn't have that and that I should just go on Google, so here you go. You ruined our dinner. Oh, and my tomatoes were literally frozen cubes. FROZEN like ice, not like fresh and crisp. Terrible experience. And like I said, I...

We walked in and ordered at the kiosk. I requested for my receipt to be printed at the counter and no one grabbed the receipt. We wait for the food to be prepared. Once the food comes out, we checked to make sure we received all our items. It seemed we’re missing one item. We ask someone at the counter about our missing item and were told “everything was made, and everything was given.” Flat out. We ask the employee to count and check again. It’s clear we’re missing an item. We brought back everything we were given. So, they finally agree to work on our missing item. 25 minutes, and 2 discussions later, we finally get the chalupa we didn’t get with our order. The employees look unfamiliar with the menu, and kept saying they were short staffed. They were not willing to work with the customer and were unprepared. This is flat out a...

This location is a joke. They do not care about getting the order right and we don't order anything customized or complicated! We order food off the menu just how it comes. There's always an ingredient missing. They don't put ANY sauce on the chicken quesadilla that comes in the combo, which is the only reason I order it. Order a chips n cheese, and they don't give you the chips. The place was empty and there was only one car at the window and they were visiting an employee. The food and service are so bad it's comical. I don't expect much from fast food, but it should be consistent from location to location. I can order the same meal at the Taco Bell on Shepherd and it's great, order here and it will be terrible. This has happened multiple times, always thinking it can be better,...
